The Sportive School Association ”Little Sportives”
-The Sportive School Association from Slatina is a sport association which has as a main aim the promotion of sports between students from School No. 3, Slatina city, Olt county. The sport activities take place on one hand during the P.E. classes and on the other hand during some outdoor activities.
-The Sportive School Association ”Little Sport
ives” has the following duties:
- promotes and supports the pupils who love and practice sports;
- actions to prevent and discourage violence, promotes the spirit of competitions and tolerance between its pupils;
- promotes together with other sportive structures actions of preventing the usage of banned substances and the unaccepted methods of influencing the sportive results;
-it tries to improve the sports grounds. The objectives of the Association are the following:
-the improvement of its members’ health through practicing sports in their free time, using the sports grounds from the institution where they learn and to gather funds to support our pupils at competitions in the country. They practice sports as: Athletics, Basketball, Handball, Football-which is loved by everyone, chess, table tennis, the game of rounders, volleyball;
- trainings of all the pupils but especially for those who are really good at a particular one;
-the participation at the competitions organized in our town and abroad;
-we also organize our own competitions in order to make our pupils practicing more and to play more outdoor activities;
-we edit programs, posters and other publications of sportive propaganda;
-other means of action regarding the aim of the sportive association.
