Everywhere you look, Human Design is being presented as a way of understanding how to make correct decisions for yourself and knowing exactly what the right decision is every time.
That’s a bit of a stretch, because it allows the mind to think that you will always have the good answer, the right answer, that you will always win because you will act out of the right decision.
When in fact, working with Human Design is a journey of learning how to observe different parts of yourself, how they work individually, and most importantly, how they work together.
Starting a journey with Human Design is not about always knowing what the right decision is, but it is about taking notes.
It is about watching how you make decisions so you can adjust and assess what needs to change for you to move in the right direction.
I tell people Human Design is about walking the path of least resistance, and that means that, step after step, you are always going to assess what you’ve done, how it felt, and how your energy moved.
You would assess if you are moving along with your energy or fighting against it.
And that is actually work.
It’s about finding where there is misalignment, finding where there are parts of yourself that are in conflict, and uncovering how to come deeper into alignment.
It is not about always being in alignment; it is about walking the path from out of alignment into alignment, over and over again.
So if you’re ready to do the work, if you’re ready to come into deeper intimacy with yourself as you are today — without looking for a quick fix, without looking for always knowing, without looking for the one and only right answer — then I’d like to invite you to Playground.
Your Human Design Playground.
A space where we look at different parts of ourselves with kindness and with understanding, so that they may align more deeply with what is authentic and unique to each of us.
