Day 8 of “Beyond the Taboo: Let’s Talk Intimacy”
Our final day… and definitely one full of emotions.
We started with a self-defense workshop, where we learned some practical techniques but also talked about awareness, confidence, and how to protect ourselves in different situations. It was both empowering and eye-opening
After that, we took part in a roleplay activity focused on internal and external pressure. Through different scenarios, we explored how people can be influenced by society, friends, or even their own thoughts, and how important it is to stay true to ourselves.
We also had our Youthpass reflection, a moment to look back on everything we’ve learned throughout the project, not just the topics, but also the personal growth, skills, and connections we’ve gained along the way
One of the most exciting parts of the day was the secret friend reveal. After days of small anonymous gestures and surprises, we finally found out who had been behind them, which brought a lot of smiles, laughter, and even a few tears.
And finally… the goodbye. Saying farewell after such an intense and meaningful experience wasn’t easy at all. In just a few days, we became more than just participants, we became a small family.
Day 8 marked the end of the project, but definitely not the end of the connections and memories we’ve created together
