*Day 5 of Lead with Impact in Romania* 🌟
The day was all about turning learning into action.
We started the day by reflecting on everything we had experienced throughout the week. Then, we designed, organized, and delivered a workshop for members of *Asociația Un Strop de Fericire*. Each participant contributed to a different part of the session, combining our ideas, skills, and creativity into one complete learning experience.
It was a valuable opportunity to put into practice everything we had learned about facilitation, communication, teamwork, and non-formal education while gaining hands-on experience in leading a real workshop.
We ended the day with the *Romanian Intercultural Evening* 🇷🇴, where our international participants enjoyed traditional Romanian dishes, discovered local customs, and joined in Romanian folk dances, creating unforgettable memories together.
