Here at Scooby's we are a small team, dedicated to rescuing dogs and cats directly from the streets. We don’t take in animals from private individuals; instead, we go out and find the ones that really have no one else. We work closely with a trusted local vet and part

ner with registered associations abroad to make sure every animal gets the best chance at a happy future. Every animal we rescue gets a real chance at a happy life, and we are with them every step of the way.

What a week it has been 💛 and it didn’t end there!

This weekend two of our long staying, very nervous dogs also left us to begin their rehabilitation journey. 🙏💛

Thanks to a very kind rescue friend of us, that has a contact in Holland, these two lucky dogs have been given an incredible opportunity to start over and learn that the world can be a safe and happy place. 🇳🇱💛

We wish them both the very best of luck on their new journey, and we can’t wait to follow their progress 💛

Yesterday two lovely cats left our shelter to start their new life 💛

Both Milla and Greta had been taken to a local vet by their own owners with the intention of having them euthanised....
Milla because she is deaf and Greta because she needed a full dental extraction.

We want to say a huge THANK YOU to Rocky Road Rescue for stepping in and taking over the two beautiful girls! 💛💛

We wish them the very best of luck in their happy ever after . 🏡💛

This week we said goodbye to 3 wonderful dogs as they headed off to their new homes. 🏡

The two puppies came to us when the puppies were only a few days old, and we have had the privilege to follow them grow🥹💛

We are so excited for all of them, and wish them the very best of luck💛🍀

It’s always busy here at the shelter 😆

This week we have been working hard on building a few more single kennels for dogs who for different reasons, can not share their space with other dogs. 🐶

There is always something that needs building, fixing, improving or maintaining here, and our work never really stops! 🛠️

Yesterday we said goodbye to two beautiful mums and their three puppies each as they left our shelter to start their new lives in their forever homes. 🏡💛
