What a wonderful experience!
I was invited to visit a school and had the privilege of spending about an hour with an amazing group of young people. During our time together, we talked about the true meaning of friendship and explored important values and principles that can help us build stronger and healthier relationships.
Through discussions and interactive activities, the students had the opportunity to discover new perspectives on respect, kindness, empathy, and responsibility. One of the most meaningful lessons was learning what it means to be the kind of friend to someone else that they would hope to have themselves. It was inspiring to see their openness, enthusiasm, and willingness to reflect on how they can make a positive difference in the lives of others.
I truly enjoyed this hour and left encouraged by the energy and potential of these young people.
