The other day our ELFs took part in a hands-on First Aid and CPR workshop, learning essential life-saving skills such as CPR, the recovery position, and how to respond in emergency situations. ❤️

Through practice, teamwork, and expert guidance, we gained confidence to act quickly and safely when every second counts. These are skills we hope we'll never need, but are grateful to have.
