Its mission is to prevent abandonment and institutionalization of children in difficult circumstances by offering an alternative solution. For more thne 15 years, Oaza has been providing residential services in the form of family homes for the children placed under its care. This kind of setting seeks to provide for the basic physical, emotional, educational and social needs of the children. Child
ren are encouraged to study, practice sports, play instruments, attend community projects as well as being trained for independent living. The current ‘family home’ is named “Casa Shalom” and can accommodate 5 children.
2. Children's Oasis Educational Center
- Oaza seeks to assist families in the local community through early intervention. One of our projects is the Educational Center, a project that includes:
· an after-school program for children 7 to 11 yrs old from socially and economically disadvantaged families. Children come to us after school hours, receive a nutritious meal, do their homework and have access to extracurricular educational activities such as arts and crafts, sport, English, music and IT lessons.
- The Children's Club - provides the children in community with English lessons, Arts and Craft Sessions, Music and IT lessons.

3. "A chance for every child" - a program that provides:
- support for children and families during reintegration process
- social, psychological and material support for the homeless.
