Final evaluation
Another step in the project is the evaluation process. Both graphical and written forms of evaluation were employed. Pizza was employed for different aspects, such as group dynamics, personal contribution, environment, activities, etc. We came back with the Learning Tree, and the vast majority of participants attested that they had learned in the second part of the project also. An online final evaluation form was provided, and a form to help the participants to assess the acquisition of the key competences for the Youthpass. They were informed that they would have to fill out the questionnaire that the Beneficiary platform of Erasmus+ programme will issue after the end of the mobility.
Generally, the feedback was good and very good, and that proves that the participants enjoyed the training and they have learned a lot from it. And, again, the DIXIT cards were employed to evaluate the results of the training for each participant.

Romanian traditional evening
The series of intercultural evenings ended with the Romanian traditional one. To be fully traditional, it was around the barbecue with appetisers as zacusca, cheese, bacon, babic, everything home-made and very traditional and local. Meanwhile, on the barbecue were mici pastrami and Pleșcoi sausages, another local product. To get rid of the extra kilos, the participants learned some traditional dances and continued with some modern ones. On the main dish, along with barbecue products were sarmale with mamaligă, again very traditional products. The party went on as long as we were allowed to stay in the restaurant. Finally, everyone agreed that Romanians know how to have a good time.

Presentation - media campaign
Designing a media campaign for the project was another workshop. The participants were asked to make a media campaign tailored to their own project. It was another good exercise to valorise the results of an imaginary project. It was a good starting point to think about making the same for their future youth projects.

Tools for dissemination, communication, monitoring and valorisation of project results - presentation
Now comes the time to check to what extent the results from the previous workshops are good to put into practice. Each small group was asked to design and to apply a method for communication, dissemination or valorisation of the results to the other participants. It was a very interesting process, and the discussions and conclusions were very fruitful.

Ways of communication
In this part, the ways of communication between the actors of the project were analysed. This is a very important part of each project, regardless if we are speaking of the communication before, during or after the mobility. It is a very powerful tool to ensure a high-quality project.

Intercultural evenings
Because of the large number of countries, there were two Intercultural Evenings. During both of them, some specific snacks were presented; there were quizzes with fun facts about the countries, and the highlight of both evenings was traditional dances. Participants were proud to present a small part of their countries, and the others had the opportunity to learn about others’ cultures.

Midterm evaluation
For any project, assessing participants’ level of satisfaction is a regulatory process that is designed to lead to a better project. That’s why we organised at half period of the mobility a Mid-term evaluation. Some graphical methods were employed: Archery, in which the participants were asked to hit a target according to their general level of satisfaction. The Learning Tree was another graphical method that referred to the learning process: on a tree with many branches, the participants wrote their name according to the level of learning - as high as much as they have learned. On the last day, we will come back and see the new position in this tree, for the learning process for the last half of the project. There were also discussions and debriefings after all the activities, as part of the learning process, and those led to the fine-tuning of the project.
