Eleven Art Association was established in September 2014 in Miercurea Ciuc, Romania, with the objective to promote self-expression through creativity and art for the benefit of personal and professional development. In our programs, we mainly use non-formal education and experiential learning methods based on dance and movement, visual art, theatrical play, sound and writing for exploring creative
self-expression and developing essential life skills like effective communication, decision making, creative and critical thinking, problem solving or empathy. Through our workshops and courses, we engage participants in creative activities leading to an improved self-awareness and self-management, social awareness and stronger relationships. Also, we support those interested in creative, artistic and cultural endeavors on professional level by helping them to explore and apply their creativity, identify career opportunities, develop professional skills and also, their entrepreneurial spirit. The association encourages all activities originating in the creativity and unique artistic self-expression of people, which have the potential to improve their life quality and generate prosperity and well-being by exploring and using their creative resources. We aim to address our activities to people of all ages, focusing especially on young people who are having difficulties in finding their direction in life, by inspiring them to explore their creativity and artistic talents and supporting them in finding suitable opportunities for personal and professional growth.
