The YWAM (or Tineri Pentru Misiune, in Romanian) base in Iasi started its activities in 1998 and has been active ever since. In the past, YWAM Iasi has hosted DTS (Discipleship Training School) and SBCW (School of Biblical Christian Worldview) and well as seminars relating to Raising and Educating children. We serve Romanians and Internationals in Iasi through a variety of ministries, most of which involve discipleship through teaching, mentoring, taking teams on outreach, and living in community. Internship - a 2 year discipleship program for Romanian university students. As part of the program, the students live in our community and participate in seminars designed to help them reflect on their Christian faith and how their faith affects the world around them. New friendships, movie nights, and a cross-cultural outreach make the program interactive by offering practical ways in which we can build the Kingdom. The next program starts October 1st! Missions Mobilization - we take local professionals into mission! For the past few years, we have taken a team to Tanzania in July to serve with their professional training and skills. Teachers, medical professionals, artists, IT personnel, athletes, etc are all welcome to join us! Club DIG - started in 2019, this is our kids ministry in Costuleni. We aim to disciple kids through tutoring, games, and summer camps. Join us on a Saturday! Seminars - we regularly offer seminars on various topics relating to worldview, the spheres of society (faith, education, family, government, science & technology, arts & entertainment, economics, and communication & media), missions, and personal & professional development.
