We’ll start with a keynote from Gerald Versluis, who will set the stage by walking us through what it means to be a software engineer who no longer writes code in the age of AI.

From there, the day moves across two tracks. We'll explore real-time collaborative systems, DDD, security, architecture, infrastructure as code and AI. You can pick and choose the talks you'd like most to explore.

And we’ll close with Vlad Khononov's locknote, looking at what the age of AI might mean for something much older: modularity.

Some sessions will take you deeper into problems you already work with. Others might give you a reason to spend an hour outside your usual area.

Are AI skills really just skills?

Alin Simion has a few reasons to make you question that.

In this session, Alin takes apart one of the fastest-growing AI agent projects on GitHub to uncover the security flaws hidden in its design and the lessons they reveal for anyone building AI-powered systems.

We can now ship more software without opening our IDE for three days. But if we're not the ones typing the code, what exactly are we doing all day?

Gerald Versluis went through a bit of an identity crisis trying to figure that out.

Now he's bringing that experience to devdays.

Working as a Software Engineer at Microsoft, he has seen AI become part of his daily work. The biggest shift wasn't how much code he wrote. It was how he started thinking about his role as an engineer.

In this session, Gerald shares what that shift looks like in practice. Where AI genuinely helps, where it confidently generates nonsense, and what still depends entirely on engineering judgment.

You'll leave with a clearer picture of what actually changes when you let AI into your workflow, what doesn't, and why software engineering was never really about typing code. The code was always just the delivery mechanism.
