⚖️În postarea de astăzi vorbim despre noua lege privind migrația adoptată de Parlamentul European, care urmărește să accelereze returnarea persoanelor fără drept legal de ședere în UE. Explicăm ce prevede aceasta și de ce a stârnit atât de multe dezbateri.
📎Deși este prezentată ca o măsură pentru eficientizarea procedurilor de returnare, legea ridică semne de întrebare serioase. Extinderea puterilor autorităților și posibilitatea transferării migranților în centre din afara UE au generat îngrijorări legate de respectarea drepturilor fundamentale și de riscul unor abuzuri.
📌Poziția noastră este clară: politicile privind migrația trebuie să respecte demnitatea umană și drepturile fundamentale ale tuturor persoanelor. Credem într-o Europă care protejează oamenii și tratează diversitatea ca pe o valoare, nu ca pe o amenințare.

📎 Although it is presented as a measure to make return procedures more efficient, the law raises serious concerns. The expansion of authorities’ powers and the possibility of transferring migrants to centers outside the EU have prompted worries about the protection of fundamental rights and the risk of potential abuses.
