Printre cele mai tinere cluburi Leo, înfiinţat abia în luna noiembrie a anului 2011, LEO Amon a apărut din dorinţa noastră de a ajuta, din prietenie şi din încrederea în viitor şi în faptul că orice se poate schimba şi îmbunătăţi când ai destulă voinţă. Cine suntem noi? 20 de tineri de la diferite licee/facultăţi din Iaşi, cu diferite vârste, cuprinse între 15 şi 22 de ani, plini de iniţiativă, cr
eativitate și entuziasm. Datorită acestui colectiv tânăr, cu vervă şi imaginaţie deosebită, ideile curg mereu, organizarea fiind partea mai complicată, fără să ne cauzeze totuşi probleme. Dorim ca acţiunile noastre să fie cât mai multe, reuşite şi variate, iar în viitor să avem un portofoliu complet, cu activităţi care au în vedere ajutarea unor persoane fără posibilităţi, atât în plan financiar, material, prin donaţii şi acţiuni, cât şi în plan psihologic, prin discuţii şi legarea unor prietenii, protejarea mediului, răspândirea culturii şi a artei. Vrem să ne implicăm în viaţa comunităţii locale şi naţionale cât mai mult, această implicare dându-ne ocazia nouă, de asemenea, să ne dezvoltăm ca individ şi ca grup de prieteni.
Încă tineri, abia învăţăm ce înseamnă cu adevărat munca în echipă şi spiritul lionistic, însă acestea ne cuprind treptat, iar noi nu putem spune decât cu mândrie că facem parte dintr-un Club Leo.

Among the youngest Leo Clubs, founded recently, in 2011’s November, LEO Amon was born from our desire to help, from friendship and from the belief in a better future and in the fact that anything can be changed and improved if you have the necessary willpower. Who are we? 21 young girls and boys, from different high schools or universities in Iaşi, with different ages between 15 and 18, full of initiative, creativity, enthusiasm. Because of this young colective, with verve and wild imagination, the ideas keep flowing, organizing them being the hardest part, done without any problems, though. We want our actions to be as many, as successful and as various as they can be, and in the future we hope we’ll have a complete portofolio, with activities which consist of helping people in need, both financially, through donations and different actions, and psychologically, through conversations with them and establishing friendly relationships, protecting the environment and spreading culture and art. We want to be involved as much as we can in the life of our local and national community, this involvement also giving us the opportunity to grow as individuals and as a group of friends. Still young, we are just learning what team work and the lionistic spirit really mean, but they are embracing us gradually and we can say only with pride that we’re part of a Leo Club.
