Our young and dynamic team is dedicated to fostering cross-cultural identities within our community and providing opportunities for intellectual exchange, personal development and community engagement. The members of our team come both from the academic and business environment and from a multicultural environment uniting the Romanian, British and German culture under the same umbrella. As a team
of academic researchers, teachers and professionals from other fields, the non-profit organization Lingua Franca strives to create and maintain meaningful dialogues and interactive programs between and for all people, to implement programmes and services that foster a sense of social responsibility among people, and to provide a network of linguistic support for pupils, students and other stakeholders. Lingua Franca also aims to provide opportunities for community service such as free access to a public library and cultural activities in order to enhance the personal, social, cultural and academic wellbeing of our community.
