The Song of the Vajra is a special teaching of our Master Chögyal Namkhai Norbu — a key to the methods of Dzogchen Semde, Longde and Upadesha. Together we'll explore it through explanation, singing, dance and contemplation.

We are happy to announce that Namkhai Yeshi will be present at the Merigar West Gönpa on Saturday, August 8th, for a public teaching Complete explanation of the Pimordial Wisdoms and the Practice of Tregchöd organized as part of the Fourth “Myriad Worlds” Festival of Kunsangar North in Moscow.

The Teaching will begin at 10.30 AM Bucharest time. We ask participants to arrive at Merigar between 8:00 and 9:00 AM (at the latest), the conference will in fact be broadcast via webcast and Zoom with translations in various languages.

Perseide – relaxare, mișcare în comunitate
7-9 August

Trei zile în care ne întâlnim pentru a încetini ritmul, a ne bucura de natură și de compania celorlalți.

Vom explora respirația, practicile taoiste, mișcarea conștientă și exerciții de prezență somatică, într-un spațiu în care autenticitatea și comunitatea sunt la fel de importante ca practica.

Pe lângă activitățile programate, vom împărtăși și spiritul de Karma Yoga – participând împreună, cu naturalețe, la mici activități care susțin viața comunității. Karma Yoga nu este doar ajutor practic, ci și o modalitate de a cultiva prezența, colaborarea și grija reciprocă.

✨ Sâmbătă dimineață, cei care doresc vor putea participa și la transmisia online a învățăturii oferite de Namkhai Yeshi: „Explicația completă a Înțelepciunilor Primordiale și practica Trekchö”.

This retreat is a practical exploration of the short Mahayana text by Jigme Tenpa'i Nyima, the Third Dodrub Chen Rinpoche, presented and commented on by SMS Teacher Elías Capriles Arias.

The text points to something that is rarely considered: both suffering and happiness can become conditions for awakening—if we know how to work with them.

This course is for practitioners who want to:
• understand how to work with difficult emotions instead of merely reacting to them;
• recognize why pleasant experiences can also become obstacles when we cling to them;
• receive practical guidance rooted in the Buddhist tradition.
