They were abandoned once 💔
They were alone
They were scared
They were hungry

Now in our care 🥰
They are not alone.
They are full of love & joy.
They have full bellies.
They are healthy.

More than that, all 5 dogs in this short video will travel to Switzerland on Wednesday this week 🍀🐾❤️

They will go to a very good private shelter that helps us since more years with wonderful adoptions, so they will be adopted soon by loving families who will treasure them for life ❤️

We are happy that we received sponsorship in full for 2 dogs (260 Euro) and another 50 Euro for the 3rd dog.

This means that we still need sponsorship of 330 Euro to cover the transport cost for the other 3 dogs.

Good morning from Sweden 🌞 from our dear Hermes who left our shelter 1 month ago!

He was rescued by us from the local public shelter (kill shelter) where he developed many traumas.

He stayed in our care for more than 2 years and despite that, at first, he was fearful, due to our love & affection together with many hours of work he managed to trust people again.

So, this is how happy & playful a dog can get once he feels safe and loved by a family of his own ❤️

Extremely good news we just received for 10 of our wonderful rescued animals 🥰

There are 5 dogs & 5 cats booked and also confirmed to be able to leave to Switzerland next week, on 29. 07.🍀❤️🐾❤️🐾🍀

The 5 fortunate dogs are: Betty, Mischa, Tara, Timmy & Eva and the 5 fortunate cats are: Rose, Ares, Xena, Bimba & Benny.

Some of them have been waiting for more than 1 year, some of them have been rescued recently but we are equally happy for all of them that they can start a new family life soon which will bring them all the love they deserve.

However, as usual, our confirmed animals need sponsorship for the travelling costs from Romania to Switzerland that are 130 Euro/dog & 100 Euro /cat, Traces Certificate being included in these costs.

As our rescue work relies on private donations only, we kindly ask you to donate to cover the travelling costs for our 10 fortunate ones and also for some of the medical costs🙏

In the meantime, it is extremely urgent for this departure to replace an old broken transport cage we have been using for the last 5 years, but we would need help with the cost of a new one, that is around 270 Euro 🙏

Below we put a photo with our old broken cage and one photo with the new one we need to purchase in the next days so we have it available for the drive of our confirmed animals from our shelter to Bucharest where they will further travel with the authorized company to Switzerland.

Happy ending for our sweet Mia 🥰

Below you can see "before and after" photos of this wonderful girl.

The photos "before" are from Romania, from April this year when she was abandoned in a local cemetery. She was skinny, hungry, full of ticks and being chased by other big stray dogs she had to hide under the cars to remain safe.

Fortunately she had the chance to be rescued and she remained in our care few months where she received a safe place, good food & medical care and of course our love and affection 🤗

The photos "after" are from these last days with Mia being well, happy and very much loved and treasured by her wonderful adoptive family, in Switzerland ❤️

Only together we can change lives, so please stay close and help us help more dogs in need of help like little Mia was!

Today was an intense day at the vet with 3 of our dear dogs who needed blood tests and castration: little Mischa, Tara & Timmy ❤️❤️❤️

Fortunately everything went well for all three of them 🥰

Mischa had as extra the removal of few teeth from the front.

Also Timmy had as extra the removal of a milk canine that remained stuck in his gums and was causing the accumulation of dental plaque.

‼️ Urgent financial apeal for Betty's medical investigations ‼️

The result from the CT (Computer Tomograf) done last week in Bucharest does not confirm the diagnostic of portosystemic shunt Betty was suspected of.

Fortunately, this means that Betty will not need any complicated and risky surgery that was taken into consideration few months ago when she was really in a critical state that leaded to the above diagnostic.

Regarding the financial part of the investigation we have only 300 Euro donation out of the total cost of 420 Euro for the CT investigation (invoice photo below).

Also today Betty had an appointment to our local vet clinic in order to further prepare her for adoption.

This means that she had the following:
- Caniv 4 snap blood test (for ilnesses transmitted by fleas, ticks & mosquitos)
- PCR Anemia 6 - blood test (for ilnesses transmitted by fleas & ticks)
- P24 - blood test (biochemistry)
- sterilization
- dental plaque removal

We are extremely happy and releaved that the results of the blood tests done today are all showing that Betty has no illnesses transmitted by fleas, and ticks or mosquitos and that her overall health is a very good one 🥰

The total costs of today's medical investigations & surgery comes up to 350 Euro and we will have to pay this amount within the next days.

As a result, we desperately need help to pay the difference of 120 Euro for the CT investigation plus the 350 Euro for today's investigations.

We only rely on private donations, so your financial help is extremely important to be able to complete our work.

Rescued by us after he was abandoned in the middle of nowhere, here in our area, when he was only about 2 months and a half, Milo has been enjoying since more than 2 years ago, a life full of love and joy together with his wonderful adoptive family, in Switzerland.

Since his rescue on Tuesday, this is the start of each day for this poor old soul ❤️

Despite the critical condition he was when we found him, he definatelly wants to live 🍀
So do we 🍀

He benefits of good recovery food, fresh water and daily medication.

On top of all these he has our love and affection which seems to bring little sparks in his tired eyes, day after day.
