m all walks of life and encourage those of any age to engage in our activities. The Kesenai Cultural Association aims to contribute to deliver knowledge of the rich heritage of Japan to a large audience from two parts of the globe. Our desire is to contribute to cultural exchanges between Romania/ the European Union and Japan via mutual promotions.
