🇺🇦🤝🇷🇴 Today, on October 10, 2026, the first Honorary Consulate of Ukraine in Romania officially opened.

Romanian entrepreneur, lawyer, public figure and ethnic Ukrainian Vasile-Serioju Ruscovan has been appointed Honorary Consul of Ukraine.
The opening ceremony was attended by Oleksandr Mischenko, First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, and Ihor Prokopchuk, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ukraine to Romania.
Makotokai Karate International Association for Ukrainians in Cluj-Napoca also took part in the opening ceremony.
The President of the Association Skalski Vladimir presented an Honorary Badge to Honorary Consul Ruscovan Vasile-Serioju Ruscovan.

This is an important day for the Ukrainian community in Romania, for Ukrainian-Romanian relations, and for everyone who supports Ukraine.

🇺🇦🤝🇷🇴 Сьогодні, 10 жовтня 2026 року, офіційно відкрилося перше Почесне консульство України в Румунії.

Почесним консулом України призначено Василе-Серіожу Рускована Serioja Ruscovan Vasile-Serioju Ruscovan) — румунського підприємця, юриста, громадського діяча та етнічного українця.
У церемонії відкриття взяли участь перший заступник міністра закордонних справ України Олександр Міщенко та Надзвичайний і Повноважний Посол України в Румунії Ігор Прокопчук.
Також у церемонії відкриття взяла участь "Міжнародна Асоціація Макотокай каратэ для українців" у Клуж-Напоці. Президент асоціації Скальський Володимир вручив почесному консулу Василе-Серіожу Русковану ІМЕННУ ВІДЗНАКУ.
Це важливий день для української громади в Румунії, для українсько-румунських відносин і для всіх, хто підтримує Україну.
