Form tutors are having careers conversations every week.

Nobody trained them for it.
Nobody gave them a framework.
Nobody told the career counsellor either.

So two people are doing overlapping work, with no shared language, and students are getting inconsistent support, or none at all.

That's not a people problem. It's a structure problem.

Heading for the Youth Leadership Encounter 2026: Preparations in Cluj-Napoca 🇷🇴

Our planning for the upcoming Youth Leadership Encounter 2026 never stops. Recently, our Treasurer, Luis Madrid, travelled to Cluj-Napoca, Romania, to oversee first-hand the organisational progress of this key event for our community.

After visiting emblematic landmarks such as the majestic Dormition of the Theotokos Cathedral, the historic Tailors' Tower in Sighișoara, and the iconic Bánffy Castle in Bonțida, Luis returns with a clear vision: this year will be unforgettable!

We wish to express our most sincere gratitude to Transylvania College for their hospitality and magnificent management skills. Their dedication is ensuring that the 2026 edition will be even more special, if that is possible.

We are eager to see our future leaders learn and grow in such an inspiring environment.

Big steps forward for the ISA community! 🌍✨

Our Board of Directors of the International Schools Association recently met at Stenden University, an invaluable partner that shares our passion for high-quality education.

Representing the delegation in person were Narin Stassis, Luis Madrid Giménez, Pablo Flores and Edgardo Héctor Manzitti, who, together with the rest of the Board joining online, coordinated the next projects for our association.

For ISA, collaboration is the driving force for change. Being at Stenden was not only a working opportunity, but also a way to celebrate the partnerships that help our schools grow around the world.
