Am cantat, ne-am simtit, ne-am lasat ghidati de muzica, de sunete, de versuri. Inimile ni s-au deschis si am simtit ca pentru cateva momente suntem un trib, un clan de oameni buni, cu pasiune pentru muzica, cantat, viata, suflet, bunatate.
Muzica si cantecele ne unesc inimile.

Sâmbătă am fost în pădurea Făget să celebrăm Echinocțiul de primăvară. Natura ne-a primit cu drag. Am povestit, am explorat, am spus și ascultat povești, am cântat, am împărtășit mâncare și am mers pe jos să ne învigorăm corpurile. Natura este atât de frumoasă și ne așteaptă mereu să ne îndrume.

🌱 We are excited to announce the start of the SEEDS project!
In March 2026 we officially launch "SEEDS – Empowering Youth to Grow in Harmony with the Earth", a 15-month Erasmus+ Small-scale Partnership project.
The project is implemented by two partner organizations:
🇧🇬 Naturalexplorers (Bulgaria) Естествоизпитатели / Naturalexplorers
🇷🇴 Dreams for Life (Romania)
The project team includes Albena Popova, Sashka Vitanova and Bogdan Romanica, who will coordinate the activities and work with youth workers and young people throughout the project.

The aim of SEEDS is to increase the quality and innovation in youth work by introducing an educational methodology that combines three powerful nature-based approaches:
🌍 Ecocentric Development
🍃 Deep Ecology
🌲 Outdoor Education

Over the next 15 months, the project will include a series of online and in-person activities, such as:
- educational webinars
- an international training course for youth workers
- workshops with young people in Bulgaria and Romania
multiplier and dissemination events in online and in person format
The project is funded by the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Union.

Hello dear ones,
Here is another Erasmus+ opportunity. This time for young people aged 18 to 30. More details below.

Ecosystem of Sensations is a research-based Youth Exchange

that invites young people to explore perception, embodied awareness, and our relationship with ourselves, others, and the natural environment.


The project focuses on extended sensorial awareness, how we sense, perceive, and relate to the world when we slow down, pay attention, and allow our senses to expand beyond habitual, logical, or socially conditioned ways of knowing. Through this exploration, we open a space that is a poetic, experiential place of practice and research.

Applications deadline: 21th of February

Who can apply:

Young people aged 18–30

Curious about sensorial experience, embodiment, creativity, ecology, and group processes

Open to reflection, experimentation, and shared responsibility in a supportive environment
No previous experience in somatic or artistic practices is required — curiosity and openness are what matter most.

Ieri, a avut loc atelierul "Guided by Nature" gazduit de Dreams for Life in Cluj-Napoca. Desi a fost planificat initial pentru a-l tine in padure, vremea ne-a facut sa ne adunam intr-un spatiu calduros si sa ne focusam pe natura din interiorul nostru. Ne-am cunoscut unii cu altii, prin imagini si intrebari, am meditat, am scris in jurnale lucruri pentru care suntem recunoscatori, ne-am jucat, ne-am explorat chemarile interioare prin desen, am impartasit in cerc.. Se simte asa de bine cand facem ateliere in comunitatea locala.

Acest atelier este o activitate de diseminare in cadrul proiectului Erasmus+ "Human Nature", pe care Dreams for Life l-a implementat in 2025. Activitatea este realizata prin finantarea Uniunii Europene.
