Cluj-Napoca was designated a UNESCO City of Film on the 8th of November 2021. ✨Our mission is to support the local film industry, attract international co-productions and regenerate the city by bringing entrepreneurs and creatives together. The Cluj City of Film project was initiated by Transilvania International Film Festival (TIFF) in collaboration with the Municipality and Cluj Cultural Center (CCC), with the support of the "Babeș-Bolyai" University.
