Every one sat at this

table has a simple menu - to challenge the injustice of poverty, to care for the poorest and most vulnerable people, to love the widow and orphan, to value the displaced refugee and to gather around this table to seek to improve opportunities for those lacking that hope, to be a voice, a friend and advocate for those needing the most support and together do something about it....

We sure do love our cows. 🐄

We love that this farm helps resource kids’ centres and communities.

But maybe the best thing growing here isn’t something you can measure in litres of milk.

It’s people.

Incredible, hardworking, beautiful people who show up every day and make the whole thing possible.

The cows matter. The farm matters. But people will always matter most. ❤️

Well, what a lovely way to end the academic year.

This term we’ve had the privilege of spending time at Castledon School, delivering an adapted version of our Hope Course for children with moderate to severe learning disabilities.

For our final session, each pupil had a heart drawn around them, and together we shared what we each loved and appreciated about that person. It was simple but beautiful. We have loved the last 6 weeks.

Next academic year we’ll be continuing our work in SEN schools, and honestly, we love it.

Today marked the final week of another Big Love Hope Course. ❤️

Today we celebrated the conclusion of another Big Love Hope Course at Open Road. ❤️

Six weeks of building friendships, vulnerability, encouragement, and discovering worth and value, all culminating in a day to honour some incredible women and celebrate their achievements.

Castledon is a specialist school supporting children and young people with additional needs, and we’ve loved getting to know the pupils and staff over the last few weeks who are incredible.

We’re encouraged to hear how the course is being received, and we’re excited to continue growing more school partnerships across Essex next academic year. ❤️
