What kind of leader do you want to be?
In a world full of urgent challenges, leadership is not only about skills and strategy. It is also about values, integrity, self-awareness, and the courage to act on what truly matters.
Insight-Out Leadership 2026 is a unique learning journey for young adults (18–35) from across Europe and the Mediterranean. Through reflection, dialogue, peer learning, and real-world action, participants explore how personal growth can lead to meaningful social impact.
The programme combines:
• A 5-day residential training in northern Germany (9–15 August 2026)
• An international community of young changemakers
• A 3-month follow-up phase to turn insights into action in your own community
Set in Schloss Kalkhorst, a historic castle surrounded by parkland and open countryside near Germany’s Baltic coast, the programme offers space to step away from everyday routines, think deeply, and engage in meaningful conversations with participants from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
If you are looking for more than leadership tools—if you are seeking purpose, clarity, and the confidence to contribute to positive change—this opportunity may be for you.
