Day 9 was emotional from the very beginning. Our last full day together brought a mix of gratitude, happiness, and the feeling that time was passing too fast.

We reflected on dissemination and follow-up plans, realizing that this experience will continue far beyond the mobility itself .

One of the most emotional moments was receiving back our fears, expectations, and “Time Travel” letters from day 1. Looking back at how much we changed during these days made many of us emotional.

We also revisited the Blob activity, reflected on our Youthpass competences, and shared feedback about our learning journey and personal growth.

The day continued with the Secret Friends reveal 🎶 full of hugs, laughter, surprises, and unforgettable moments.

To close the project, we wrote personal messages for each other filled with appreciation, memories and encouragement 💌

Because projects end. But sometimes, people stay ❤️

The teams spent the first part of the day improving their products, giving feedback to each other and making final adjustments. It was nice to see how seriously everyone treated the process. Small ideas became better ideas, details mattered and teamwork definitely did its job.

Later, the room slowly transformed into deadline mode. Final preparations, rehearsals, discussions, “one last change” moments and a bit of stress before presentations. All the teams added creative elements to the classic presentations and all of them put a lot of work and heart into what they created.

And honestly, the outputs were impressive. Board games, podcasts, awareness campaign, flipbook, Career Pathways Map. Every team came with something different. The amount of creativity and effort could really be seen. Even before finishing the session, we were already discussing which board game we wanted to play first.

The emotions were big during the final presentations. People felt proud seeing the final result of something they had built from scratch together. And maybe one of the most beautiful moments of the day came at the end: the medals ceremony. Small medals, big smiles.

After days full of teamwork, challenges, ideas, feedback, learning and a lot of energy, that small symbolic moment somehow carried a lot of meaning. People smiled, celebrated, took pictures and looked genuinely proud of themselves and of each other.



We closed the day with “WOW, I GOT THAT” and daily reflection, looking back not only at the products created, but also at everything we learned, built and experienced together.

We started the day together in the activity room, opening the new box and preparing for another intense and productive day.

One of the first activities was the “Adobe Creative Types” test, where we explored our creative personalities and discovered how different characteristics can influence the way we work, communicate, and create within a team.

After that, 8 team leaders were selected and the working groups were officially formed. From that moment on, the atmosphere became very similar to a real working environment .

The entire day focused on developing the final project outputs. Teams worked on research, brainstorming, planning, filming, creating content, awareness campaigns, podcasts, board games, maps, and many other creative materials.

Throughout the day, teams regularly met with the CEOs for feedback, guidance, and improvements, while team leaders coordinated progress and responsibilities within their groups. The activity room was full of discussions, laptops, papers, creativity, questions, problem-solving, and teamwork 🔥

Little by little, all the ideas started coming together and a lot of work happened this day. A LOT 😄

Day 6 started with energisers that filled everyone with positivity, motivation and lots of energy for the day ahead ⚡

We also took part in some very competitive games and challenges and luckily, almost nobody got injured 😅 The activities brought lots of laughter while strengthening our teamwork and communication skills.

💼 A Day Focused on Business
Today was fully dedicated to entrepreneurship and branding. Working in teams, we developed business ideas and explored the foundations of building a successful business and strong brand identity. The sessions encouraged creativity, critical thinking, collaboration, and organization.

🤝 Teamwork, Trust & Integration
Through group activities, we continued strengthening trust, communication, and cooperation between team members and coordinators. We also formed teams for a larger project that we will continue developing over the next two days.

🌍 Cultural Night – Türkiye & Portugal
In the evening, we enjoyed an amazing intercultural night hosted by the Turkish and Portuguese teams 🇹🇷🇵🇹 Full of traditional food, music, dances and unforgettable moments, the evening brought everyone even closer together ❤️

Today taught us:
✔️ How to work effectively in teams
✔️ The importance of trust and support
✔️ How to develop business & branding ideas
✔️ How to stay productive even after a long night 😄
✔️ And of course… how to dance Portuguese and Turkish dances 💃

Day 5 started with slightly tired faces after the intercultural evening… but coffee and good energy kept us going ☕

We began with the RIASEC test, exploring career interests, personality types, and discovering which work environments fit us best. Many participants were surprised by how accurate the results actually were 👀

Later, during the Elevator Pitch & SWOT Analysis session, we reflected on our strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges while creating short pitches for ourselves or our business ideas. The presentations brought lots of feedback, encouragement, and funny moments too.

In the afternoon, we got creative with the “Career Pathways Maps” activity 🎨 Participants designed visual maps of their future career journey, reflecting on goals, obstacles, fears, and motivation. With music in the background, the atmosphere became calm, focused, and inspiring.

We ended the day with a mid-term evaluation using the BLOB method, reflecting on our learning journey, personal growth, and development of our ASK (Attitudes, Skills & Knowledge).

We started the morning with a fun energizer that instantly brought everyone closer together and filled the room with positive energy, laughter, and motivation 🤝⚡ It reminded us how important team spirit and open minds are in every learning experience.

🎯 Mission Time!
The first major activity of the day challenged us to complete a series of creative and unexpected tasks under time pressure. Through teamwork, communication, strategy, and lots of creativity, we learned that:

✔️ Listening to each other strengthens every idea
✔️ Cooperation is more powerful than competition
✔️ Good time management makes a difference
✔️ Creativity grows when everyone contributes
✔️ Trusting your team makes every challenge easier

The activity perfectly reflected the power of non-formal education in developing teamwork, collaboration, creativity, and communication skills.

💼 E² Through My Eyes – Presentations
Later in the day, each national team presented perspectives on employability and entrepreneurship in their countries. We explored local realities, opportunities, and challenges faced by young people, while discovering how similar our goals truly are despite our different backgrounds.

🌍 Comparing & Reflecting
Together, we reflected on the similarities and differences between our countries, realizing that we all strive for growth, innovation, opportunities, and a better future for young people.

📝 Self-Evaluation
We ended the educational part of the day with a self-evaluation session, reflecting on our involvement, the skills we developed, and the areas where we can continue improving. Growth always starts with self-awareness.

🎉 Culture Night - Poland, Romania & Serbia
The evening was full of culture, music, traditional food, dances, and unforgettable moments . We discovered beautiful traditions from each country and shared amazing experiences together.

📍 First stop: Ciocănești
We visited the Ethnographic Museum and discovered traditional Romanian occupations, authentic clothing, handcrafted masks, fabrics, tools, and many cultural treasures that reflect the local heritage.

Right after, we explored the Museum of Painted Eggs, home to over 2,000 beautifully decorated eggs 🥚🎨 We learned about the fascinating Romanian tradition of egg painting and the meanings behind the symbols and patterns.

📍 Second stop: Vatra Dornei
At the City Hall, we learned more about the history of the region, local wildlife, and even practical tips on how to stay safe during bear encounters 🐻🌲

📍 Third stop: AQUA Carpatica in Coverca
One of the highlights of the day was visiting the AQUA Carpatica facilities, where we discovered the entire journey of the famous mineral water — from collection and filtration to packaging and distribution 💧

📍 Final stop: back to Vatra Dornei
We enjoyed some free time in the city centre, relaxing, exploring the surroundings, and enjoying the atmosphere before returning to our accommodation 🌿

In the evening, we ended the day with games, laughter, teamwork and quality time together ❤️
