Initiative Sociale „Initiative Sociale” is an association for young people and it’s mission is to promote and implement programs of non-formal education.

„Initiative Sociale” is an association for young people and it’s mission is to promote and implement programs of non-formal education.

„Initiative Sociale” is coordinated by young people who have been involved in many projects and they have a lot of experience in training courses and youth exchanges. Our objectives are to create and develop national and international youth exchanges to promote European partnership in youth and for professional development of the standards and European practices, to organize summer schools and conferences, to promote social initiatives among young people, to create and develop different programs and trainings about vocational counseling. We will also focus on promoting social economy and social entrepreneurship among young people, creating support and providing technical assistance for young people starting and running a business, in particular, the social affairs, creation and the carrying out of the projects for participative democracy among young people and promoting concept of active European citizenship.

Day 1 of BOOST: Your Future Skills

Through "Name Your Skills" and "Dynamic Group Activities", we learned more about the people around us, the skills everyone brings to the project and how we can work better together. There were lots of conversations, teamwork, small challenges and, of course, plenty of laughs along the way.

We also took some time to talk about Erasmus+ and Youthpass, what we want to learn during these days and what each of us can bring to the project.

At the end of the day, we had our first reflection session and finished the evening by discovering new traditions, food and stories during our Romanian&Hungarian cultural evening.

“BOOST: Your Future Skills” – young people from 8 European countries prepare for the skills and labour market of the future 🚀🇪🇺✨

Between 17 and 27 September 2026, Initiative Sociale Association will organise the international Youth Exchange “BOOST: Your Future Skills” in Argestru – Vatra Dornei, Romania, a mobility implemented under Erasmus+ KA151 – Mobility of Young People for Accredited Organisations. 🇷🇴📜
The project addresses one of the major challenges facing the new generation: how can young people prepare for the future of work in an increasingly digital, interconnected and rapidly changing world? 🤖🌐⚡

The mobility will bring together 36 young participants, 8 group leaders and 2 facilitators and will create, throughout nine days of activities, an international learning environment where participants can explore the competences they need to become more confident, adaptable and better prepared for the future. 👥🎓🤝

🔹 **Future skills for a changing world** 💡🌍
“BOOST: Your Future Skills” focuses on developing competences that are becoming increasingly relevant for young people's professional and personal futures, including AI literacy, critical thinking, adaptability, digital productivity, problem solving, collaboration and lifelong learning. 💻🧠📈

Through non-formal education and experiential learning methods, participants will take part in workshops, simulations, discussions, intercultural activities, collaborative challenges and practical projects. 🧩🛠️ The activities are designed to connect future-oriented skills with real-life opportunities and challenges rather than approaching them only from a theoretical perspective. 🎯🌟

The project also aims to help young people better understand emerging trends, identify their strengths and develop practical competences that can improve their employability, entrepreneurial potential and personal development. 💼🚀

🔹 **From identifying skills to creating a personal plan for the future** 📊🌱
An important element of the project is its focus on concrete learning outcomes. Participants will be supported in identifying their own future-ready skillset and developing a personal action plan for further learning, career development and employability. 🗺️🗓️

By the end of the mobility, the project aims for at least 30% of participants to demonstrate improvement in two or more of the targeted competences, measured through pre- and post-mobility self-assessments and practical tasks. 📈✅

At the same time, the project aims to foster intercultural dialogue, inclusion and mutual understanding by creating a safe and collaborative environment where young people can exchange perspectives on the future of work, education and society. 🗣️❤️

The mobility will also contribute to strengthening international cooperation between European youth organisations, encouraging the exchange of good practices and laying the foundations for future joint initiatives focusing on youth employability, entrepreneurship and future skills. 🌐🤝

🔹 **8 European countries, one common challenge** 🇪🇺🌍
“BOOST: Your Future Skills” will bring together participants and organisations from Romania, the Czech Republic, Greece, Hungary, North Macedonia, Poland, Portugal and Türkiye. 🇷🇴🇨🇿🇬🇷🇭🇺🇲🇰🇵🇱🇵🇹🇹🇷 This diversity will allow participants to compare different perspectives and realities regarding the future of work and the challenges faced by young people across Europe. 🏙️🗣️

As part of the preparation for the mobility, each national team will analyse the future of work in their own country, including the current situation of young people in the labour market, emerging trends, key future competences and the main opportunities and challenges they face. 📊🔍 These national perspectives will then be shared during the mobility, creating an opportunity for participants to compare experiences and learn from one another. 💡👥

🔹 **Inclusion as an essential part of the project** 🤝💙
Special attention is given to young people with fewer opportunities, who are particularly encouraged to join the mobility and are given priority during the selection process. 🌟

At least 2–3 participants from each participating country are expected to come from fewer-opportunity backgrounds, including young people facing economic, social, cultural or geographical barriers, as well as NEETs – young people not in education, employment or training. 🏡🤗 Given the focus of the mobility, particular priority will be given to young people facing economic challenges and NEETs. 💼🎯

🔹 **European mobility and environmental responsibility** 🌿🍃
The project also encourages the use of green travel, in line with Erasmus+ principles. 💚 Participants choosing this option can use sustainable means of transport such as train, bus, bicycle or car-pooling, provided that sustainable transport is used for the majority of the round trip in order to qualify as green travel. 🚆🚌🚲🚘

🔹 **Getting ready for the future** 🚀🔮
Through “BOOST: Your Future Skills”, Initiative Sociale Association aims to create an environment where young people can approach technological and professional changes not only as challenges, but also as opportunities for development. 🤖💡

In a context where technology, artificial intelligence and the transformation of the labour market increasingly influence how young people learn and build their careers, the ability to think critically, adapt, collaborate and continue learning becomes essential. 🧠💻✨

“BOOST: Your Future Skills” is therefore about more than preparing young people for a particular job – it is about strengthening their ability to learn, adapt and build their own path in a future that is constantly changing. 🛣️🌟

Initiative Sociale Association concludes the third year of its Erasmus+ Youth Accreditation: 126 people involved in three European youth mobilities 🇪🇺✨

Initiative Sociale Association has concluded the third year of implementation of its Erasmus+ Accreditation in the Youth field, continuing the journey that began when the organisation obtained its accreditation in 2023. 📜🤝 Through the accreditation, the organisation aims to provide young people with continuous opportunities for non-formal learning, international mobility, inclusion, and personal and professional development. 🌍🌱
During this accreditation year, three international Youth Exchanges were implemented, A5 “LevelUP: Rural Youth in Action”, A6 “LevelUP: Ready4Work” and A7 “LevelUp: Create Your Own Path”, addressing entrepreneurship, employability and the development of skills that young people need to build their own professional paths. 🚀💡

🔹 **126 people involved, with a strong focus on inclusion** 👥📊
Across the three mobilities, 126 people were involved, including 99 participants (78,6%), alongside group leaders and other people involved in the implementation of the activities. 🧑‍🤝‍🧑
One of the most significant results of the third accreditation year was the level of access provided to young people with fewer opportunities. 🤝 Of the 99 participants, 68 were young people with fewer opportunities (YFO), representing approximately 69% of all participants. 🌟
This reflects the strong focus placed on inclusion throughout the mobilities. 🤗 Young people facing economic, social, cultural or geographical barriers, as well as NEETs - young people not in education, employment or training - were particularly encouraged to participate. 💙 For activities focusing on rural entrepreneurship, additional priority was given to young people from rural areas. 🏡
Sustainability was another important dimension of the accreditation year: 59 out of the 126 people involved used green travel, representing approximately 47% of the total. 🌿🍃 Green travel options encouraged within the projects included travelling by bus, train or car pooling. 🚆🚌🚘

🔹 **A5 – LevelUP: Rural Youth in Action** 🌾⛰️
The first mobility, “LevelUP: Rural Youth in Action”, took place between 18 and 28 September 2025 in Vatra Dornei, Argestru, Romania, bringing together young people and group leaders from seven European countries. 🇷🇴🇪🇺
The project focused on rural entrepreneurship, helping young people better understand the challenges and opportunities within rural communities and encouraging them to transform their ideas into concrete initiatives. 💡💡
Through non-formal education methods and interactive activities, participants developed competences such as creativity, teamwork, critical thinking and initiative, while also working on the development of business plans. 📋📈 The project furthermore promoted intercultural cooperation and the exchange of ideas among young people from different European backgrounds. 🗣️🌍

🔹 **A6 – LevelUP: Ready4Work** 💼🛠️
The second mobility, “LevelUP: Ready4Work”, took place between 23 October and 2 November 2025 in Vatra Dornei, Argestru, Romania, focusing on one of the key challenges facing European youth: integration into the labour market. 🏢📊
The activities supported participants in developing the personal and professional competences required to enter and adapt to an evolving labour market. 👨‍💻👩‍💻 Communication, teamwork, critical thinking, initiative, adaptability, creativity and problem-solving were among the skills addressed through non-formal learning. 🧠🤝
Participants were also encouraged to better understand the dynamics of the European labour market, the challenges faced by young people and the active role they can play in shaping their own professional futures. 🎯🇪🇺

🔹 **A7 – LevelUp: Create Your Own Path** 🛣️✨
The third Youth Exchange, “LevelUp: Create Your Own Path”, took place between 27 April and 7 May 2026 in Argestru, Vatra Dornei, Romania, continuing the direction established by the previous mobilities by creating a direct connection between entrepreneurship and employability. 🔗🎯
The mobility aimed to empower young people, particularly those facing employment challenges, to better adapt to changes in the European labour market and strengthen their ability to create their own opportunities. 💪🌟
Throughout the project, participants developed communication and pitching skills, teamwork, problem-solving and creative thinking competences. 🎤💡 They also worked on clarifying their professional direction and developing a personal branding profile reflecting their competences, core values and targeted employment or entrepreneurial field. 🏷️👤

🔹 **An accreditation year built around access, skills and European cooperation** 🇪🇺🤝
Together, the three mobilities created a learning journey that started with identifying opportunities within local communities and exploring rural entrepreneurship, continued with preparation for the labour market, and ultimately focused on empowering young people to define and build their own professional or entrepreneurial paths. 🗺️🚀
Beyond professional skills, the mobilities provided international learning environments in which young people could collaborate, exchange perspectives and develop social and intercultural competences. 🌐🗣️ Inclusion, tolerance, solidarity, international cooperation and active participation were common elements throughout all three projects. ❤️🤝
With 126 people involved, 69% of participants coming from fewer-opportunity backgrounds and 47% of all people involved using green travel, the third year of the Erasmus+ Youth Accreditation reinforces Initiative Sociale Association's commitment to making European mobility opportunities more accessible, relevant and sustainable for young people. 🌟🌿🇪🇺

Initiative Sociale Association launches Year 4 of its Erasmus+ Youth Accreditation with new opportunities for young people to develop future-ready skills

Initiative Sociale Association launched the fourth year of implementation of its Erasmus+ Accreditation in the Youth field in June 2026, continuing its long-term programme dedicated to international mobility, non-formal education, inclusion, and the personal and professional development of young people.

Obtaining the Erasmus+ Accreditation in the Youth field in 2023 represented an important step in strengthening Initiative Sociale's European activities and establishing a stable framework for creating new learning opportunities for young people. The organisation's mission is to promote and implement non-formal programmes for young people, while also supporting initiative, social economy and entrepreneurship.

>> Building on previous experience and starting a new accreditation year

The completion of the third accreditation year marked another stage in Initiative Sociale's European activities. The mobilities implemented created environments in which young people from different European countries could learn together, develop their personal and professional competences and build international connections.

This experience now provides the foundation for Year 4 of the Erasmus+ Accreditation, which started in June 2026. The new year continues the organisation's commitment to turning European mobility opportunities into meaningful learning experiences connected to the current and future challenges faced by young people.

Non-formal education, inclusion, skills development, intercultural dialogue and European cooperation remain central elements of the activities planned for the new accreditation year.

>> Inclusion remains a priority

One of the principles that continues to shape the implementation of the Erasmus+ Accreditation is facilitating access to international learning experiences for young people with fewer opportunities.
Particular attention is given to young people facing economic, social, cultural or geographical barriers, as well as NEETs – young people not in education, employment or training.

This approach continues throughout Year 4, with the aim of making Erasmus+ opportunities as accessible and inclusive as possible for young people who can benefit most from international mobility and non-formal learning.

>> A8 – “BOOST: Your Future Skills” opens the mobility programme of Year 4

The first mobility of the new accreditation year will be A8 – “BOOST: Your Future Skills”, a Youth Exchange taking place between 17 and 27 September 2026 in Argestru – Vatra Dornei, Romania.
The mobility will bring together 36 young participants, 8 group leaders and 2 facilitators from different European countries and will focus on the future of work and the competences young people need in an increasingly digital, interconnected and rapidly changing world.
Participants will explore topics and competences including AI literacy, critical thinking, adaptability, digital productivity, collaboration, problem solving and lifelong learning. The learning process will be based on non-formal and experiential education through workshops, simulations, discussions, intercultural activities, collaborative challenges and practical projects.

One of the project's main objectives is to support young people in identifying their own future-ready skillset and developing a personal action plan for further learning, career development and employability.
The mobility will bring together young people and organisations from Romania, the Czech Republic, Greece, Hungary, North Macedonia, Poland, Portugal and Türkiye, strengthening the international dimension of the accreditation and allowing participants to explore the future of work from different cultural and social perspectives.

At the same time, A8 continues the commitment to inclusion. Young people with fewer opportunities are particularly encouraged to participate, with at least 2–3 participants from each participating country expected to come from fewer-opportunity backgrounds. Priority is particularly given to young people facing economic challenges and NEETs.

Through the launch of the fourth year of its Erasmus+ Accreditation, Initiative Sociale Association continues to create accessible, inclusive and relevant learning opportunities for young people, connecting local experiences with European perspectives, competences and partnerships.

A8 – “BOOST: Your Future Skills” opens this new chapter by addressing an essential question: how can we help young people become better prepared for a society and labour market undergoing continuous transformation?

By developing future-oriented competences, encouraging lifelong learning, promoting intercultural dialogue and creating new international connections, Year 4 aims to continue transforming Erasmus+ mobilities into experiences that generate meaningful change for young people and their communities.
Year 4 of the Erasmus+ Accreditation has begun, and Initiative Sociale's story continues through new mobilities, new skills, new connections and new opportunities for young people across Europe.
