As part of DNA of a Leader: The Next Gen Takeover!, we’re bringing SHE’S NEXT, powered by ING Bank and Visa, to the stage to celebrate women building businesses, pursuing bold ideas, and carving their own paths.

With 17 years of experience in marketing and communications, Diana Mihai, Director of Marketing, Communications & Brand Experience at ING Bank Romania, will join the conversation, bringing her experience and perspective to the discussion around women in business and entrepreneurship.

One of the greatest gifts experienced leaders can offer is perspective.

At the She's Next launch event, Cristina Bâtlan, founder of Musette, spoke about the importance of mentorship, the strength of community, and the leadership lessons she's gathered over 32 years of building a business.

Her message was a reminder that success is never built alone, it grows through shared experiences, meaningful connections, and the courage to keep learning.
