icant and strategically important ways through which the young people can develop and thus form themselves, both physically, as well as mentally. This is why we have dedicated this association and, thus, projects to sport and to the intercultural changes between people of young ages, so that we manage to create relationships, perhaps even bounds, between countries and between people of these countries.

Get in Front: Exploring Leadership Styles in Youth Work

🎬 One week. Six countries. Countless lessons, connections, and unforgettable memories.

From exploring different leadership styles and strengthening teamwork, negotiation, and communication skills 🤝💡, to tackling challenges, solving escape room missions, hiking together, and stepping out of our comfort zones 🚀🥾

Through non-formal education, participants discovered the power of cooperation over competition, learned to lead with confidence, and transformed experiences into practical tools for their future youth work journeys 🌍✨

But Erasmus+ is more than learning. It’s sharing cultures, traditions, stories, and laughter during intercultural evenings. It’s building friendships across borders and creating memories that last far beyond the project.

🎥 It has been a journey of growth, collaboration, diversity, and inspiration.

Traseul Ecoturistic prinde contur, pas cu pas. 🌿

În perioada următoare, vor fi identificate punctele de interes de-a lungul traseului, locuri în care natura are câte o poveste de spus: despre copacii pădurii, viețuitoarele care își găsesc adăpost aici.

Aici vor fi amplasate panouri explicative și coduri QR, create și montate cu sprijinul voluntarilor. Printr-o simplă scanare, vizitatorii vor putea descoperi harta interactivă a traseului, informații despre flora și fauna pădurii, dar și recomandări despre cm putem contribui la protejarea mediului.

Până la finalizare, fiecare etapă aduce traseul mai aproape de a deveni un loc al explorării, al învățării și al respectului pentru natură.
