Punem culoare pentru viitor. 🎨💙

La Policolor credem că fiecare culoare poate schimba mai mult decât un perete – poate schimba experiența unui copil la școală.

Ne bucurăm că am fost alături de Fundația Leaders și de cei 25 de participanți din THE Leadership School 2026, contribuind cu produsele necesare renovării sălii de sport și a sălii dedicate copiilor cu cerințe educaționale speciale din Școala Gimnazială Tălmăcel.

Împreună am demonstrat că atunci când comunitatea se implică, rezultatele se văd. Iar cel mai frumos "înainte și după" este cel din ochii copiilor.

Paint dried, tools packed away, a new classroom and sports hall in Tălmăcel. Then the children came in first for the event, alongside their dear ones. At last, the whole community came to see what 25 X-traordinaries had managed to achieve in just 24 hours. 🟣

In one day, we turned a worn-out classroom in Tălmăcel into a space where children with special educational needs can learn and thrive.

Walls, floors, the hard physical work, none of it happens without the partners who gave us what we needed to rebuild it.

There's a difference between talking about business and having run one. 🟣

Mihai Balaban, CEO & Business Partner at Unimat, spent an hour with 25 X-traordinaries at THE Leadership School #3 on the reality of leading a company: the pressure that comes with responsibility for other people and the patience it takes to build something lasting.

Unimat is also one of the partners who made our community project possible, supplying materials for our participants, much needed to rebuild a classroom in Tălmăcel.

25 de tineri, 130 de elevi, un singur obiectiv: renovarea școlii gimnaziale din Tălmăcel.

Echipa THE Leadership School 2026 pune mâna pe unelte pentru a renova sala destinată copiilor cu cerințe educaționale speciale și sala de sport din Școala Gimnazială Tălmăcel. Cronometrul a pornit: până pe 29 iulie, ora 18:00, trebuie să strângem fondurile necesare.

Ca această transformare să fie completă, avem nevoie de 15.000 de lei pentru materiale senzoriale, cărți, echipamente și alte resurse care îi ajută pe copii să învețe într-un spațiu sigur și adaptat nevoilor lor.

Donează astăzi. Mâine, copiii vor intra într-o școală schimbată și datorită ție.
