Man sagt, ein Bild sagt mehr als tausend Worte. Und nie zuvor fühlte es sich so wahr an.
Er ist das Sinnbild von Vernachlässigung, Verantwortungslosigkeit, Boshaftigkeit.
Er ist die Verkörperung all des Bösen in einem winzigen Körper. Ein zerbrechlicher Welpe, der sich kaum noch halten kann. Ein kleiner Junge, der eigentlich fröhlich spielen und herumtoben sollte und nun kaum stehen kann. Zu dünn, zu schwach, nur noch Haut und Knochen.
Es konnte uns nicht gleichgültig sein. Von nun an ist er in Sicherheit. Er wird eine Chance im Leben bekommen. Wir hoffen nur, dass er noch die Kraft hat, dafür zu kämpfen.

He is the image of neglect, of irresponsibility, of malevolence.
He is the image of all bad things encompassed in a tiny body. A frail puppy barely holding on. A baby boy that should have been playing and running around happily and yet he can barely stand. Too thin, too weak, all skin and bones.
We couldn't remain indifferent. From now on, he's safe. He'll get a chance in life. We just hope he still has the strength to fight for it.
