Romania-Israel Chamber of Commerce / Camera de Comert Romania-Israel CCIRI is a public utility NGO, autonomous and apolitical, which has the purpose to promote bilateral economic exchanges between Romania and Israel.

Romania - Israel Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCIRI) was founded in 1990, based on a Decisions of the Government, being the first bilateral chamber of commerce and industry from Romania. CCIRI is a nongovernmental organization, of public utility, autonomous and nonpolitical, whose purpose is to promote relations and economic cooperation between Romania and Israel. Among CCIRI members there are major companies, both Romanian and Israeli.

On the 4th of June, the Romania-Israel Chamber of Commerce and Industry, in partnership with the Embassy of Israel to Romania and the Economic & Trade Mission of Israel to Romania, hosted the CCIRI By The Lake Networking Event.

We were honored by the presence of Mr. Erez Golan, Vice-Ambassador of the State of Israel to Romania, Mrs. Avigail Shtamler Paz, Head of the Economic Mission of Israel to Romania, as well as the future Head of the Economic Mission - Mrs. Stav Cohen, CCIRI members and partners, representatives of Romanian and Israeli authorities, and business representatives from both countries.

Over 250 participants attended the CCIRI By The Lake Networking Event.

Yesterday, the Romania-Israel Chamber of Commerce had the honor of co-organizing the event dedicated to the 78th Anniversary of the State of Israel, organized alongside the Embassy of Israel and the Laude-Reut Educational Complex, in the elegant setting of the Bucharest National Opera.

The event brought together 1,000 guests, including representatives of the diplomatic corps, business community, public authorities, and institutions. We sincerely thank everyone for their presence, openness, and continued commitment to strengthening Romanian-Israeli relations.

This special occasion also marked a reaffirmation of the strong and lasting partnership between Israel and Romania — built on decades of diplomatic cooperation, collaboration, and genuine friendship.

We are honored to continue supporting the economic dialogue between our two countries and to contribute to the development of a truly special bilateral relationship.

The Romanian-Israeli Chamber of Commerce was pleased to be present at the Black Sea Defense & Aerospace, one of the region’s most important exhibitions dedicated to the defense, aerospace, and security industries.

During the event, we visited the Israeli Pavilion and had the opportunity to engage with the Israeli companies participating in the exhibition, facilitating connections and discussions with our members and partners who were also present with stands at BSDA.

The Chamber continues to actively support the development of economic cooperation and strategic partnerships between Romanian and Israeli companies, encouraging innovation, technology exchange, and new business opportunities across key industries.

Yesterday, The Romania-Israel Chamber of Commerce participated in insightful discussions related to the Water sector at the General Assembly of the Romanian Water Association.

The dialogue brought together key stakeholders, experts, and decision-makers, focusing on both the current challenges facing the sector and the opportunities for sustainable development.
