About Us
WeDiscover is more than a travel agency – we’re building an international community of travelers, entrepreneurs, and event creators. Our clients mainly come from France, Romania, and across Europe, and we’re now expanding our base in Bucharest. We’re looking for an Associate Director / Business Partner to join us and co-lead the growth of our travel & events activities.

Your Role
Grow sales and business opportunities in Romania and internationally.
Create and launch marketing campaigns to bring in new travelers.
Build partnerships with hotels, airlines, event spaces, and local providers.
Lead operations for trips and events, making sure our community has the best experiences.
Drive new ideas to grow revenue and community impact.
Who We’re Looking For
Strong marketing and sales skills, with a business-driven mindset.
Ideally experience in tourism, travel, or events.
Entrepreneurial, ambitious, and motivated by performance.
Comfortable working without a fixed salary – and excited by high variable earnings (40–70% of profits).
English required; French, Romanian, or other languages are a plus.

WeDiscover is an international travel & events community. We organize day trips, multi-day adventures (3–14 days), networking events, and social gatherings for over 13 years. To grow our impact, we’re looking for motivated volunteers who want to be part of our journey and help us create unforgettable experiences.
What You’ll Do
Help organize day trips, 3–6 day trips, and 7–14 day international journeys.
Support event logistics: networking events, social meetups, and community activities.
Occasionally assist with communication and welcoming participants.
What You Get
Reduced or free access to selected trips and events.

Hands-on experience in event management & travel organization.
Flexible volunteering: minimum one involvement per month for a few hours
Income depending on the number of participants for the volunteers that act as tour leader in specific trips

In Bucharest, we are opening a vibrant co-living hub that blends accommodation, events, networking, and international community spirit.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Co-Living & Marketing Manager to lead our Bucharest property. This role combines community management with marketing growth. You will promote the co-living lifestyle, attract new residents, and create a welcoming and dynamic community. You will also collaborate directly with the CEO of WeDiscover and be supported by a team of communication & marketing assistants (interns and volunteers).
Key Responsibilities
Promote the co-living space through online and offline marketing campaigns.
Develop and execute social media and communication strategies to attract and retain residents.
Build a strong community culture by engaging with residents and fostering connections.
Organize and host events, workshops, and networking activities.
Work closely with the CEO and assistants on brand development and international marketing.
Act as the main point of contact for residents, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable living experience.
Requirements
Background in marketing, hospitality, community management, or shared-living spaces.
Fluency in English (mandatory) and Romanian (not mandatory)
Experience with social media management and digital marketing tools.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset, proactive, and passionate about community building.
