Turn a beautiful space into a buzzing community. We’re looking for a social, but rigorous person to manage daily operations and create events that connect travelers, digital nomads, and locals.
The Deal:
🛏️ Free accommodation in a shared dorm OR a private room with a smaller salary
💰 Salary: 50% of the profits – your effort directly rewards you!
You:
🗣️ Speak Romanian & English (important, not mandatory)
🎉 Love bringing people together (game nights, dinners, workshops)
🛠️ Are ready to handle check-ins, light admin, and coworking sales
