🌍 12 august | Ziua Internațională a Tineretului
Contexte diferite. Aspirații comune.
Unii tineri pornesc la drum cu mai multe oportunități. Alții trebuie să depășească bariere pe care societatea încă nu a reușit să le înlăture.
Dar fiecare tânăr are dreptul să viseze, să învețe, să muncească, să fie ascultat și să își construiască propriul drum.
La Incotera, credem într-o societate în care și tinerii cu dizabilități, tinerii din comunități vulnerabile sau cei care au avut mai puține oportunități pot spune:
💙 „Am un loc aici.”
💛 „Vocea mea contează.”
💙 „Pot să aleg ce vreau să devin.”
Incluziunea nu înseamnă să îi invităm pe tineri într-un sistem deja construit fără ei. Înseamnă să construim împreună cu ei.
Astăzi îi celebrăm pe tineri nu doar pentru ceea ce vor deveni, ci pentru ceea ce sunt și pot schimba chiar acum.
La mulți ani tuturor tinerilor! 🌱

Every young person deserves the opportunity to learn, grow, make choices, build relationships, find meaningful work and shape their own future.
Yet for many young people with Down syndrome and intellectual disabilities, these opportunities are still limited by barriers, low expectations and a lack of accessible support.
At Lead Your Way, we believe inclusion means more than being present. It means being heard, respected, supported and given real opportunities to participate in education, employment and community life.

💛 Independence is more than doing things alone.
💙 Inclusion is about having choices, opportunities and a voice.
On International Youth Day, we celebrate the potential of all young people — and we renew our commitment to creating pathways towards supported employment, autonomy and full participation in society.
Because every young person should have the chance to lead their own way.
