Two representatives of IATA Association, President Petronela Colbea and Vice President Nicoleta Dănilă, took part in a job-shadowing training program hosted by Edu2Grow at their headquarters in Caldas da Rainha, Portugal, between August 18–22. The program offered them the opportunity to observe and exchange good practices with local experts in the field of education and community development. Their participation strengthened the collaboration between the two organizations and highlighted the value of international professional experiences.
During the training, the two representatives explored innovative approaches to inclusion in education and discussed strategies to foster a stronger awareness of environmental education. By engaging in workshops, interactive activities, and dialogue with Edu2Grow staff, they reflected on how such practices can be adapted and implemented within their own organizational context. This exchange of knowledge reinforced their commitment to promoting inclusive educational environments and raising awareness about sustainability among young people and educators alike. The mobility has been funded within the Erasmus + programme, project 2024-1-RO01- KA122-ADU-000214935.
