Team for Youth Association Team for Youth este o organizație culturală și de tineret, neguvernamentală și nonconformistă care dezvoltă proiecte la nivel local și internațional.

Team For Youth s-a născut în octombrie 2009, în Baia Mare, ca o inițiativă locală de tineret și cu scopul de a aduce tinerii mai aproape de educația nonformală. Echipa noastră crede în educație și voluntariat, ca resurse pentru o societate mai activă și mai tolerantă.

🌊 In celebration of World Oceans Day (8 June), our international volunteers prepared an interactive activity with students at the school in Tăuții de Sus.

Together, they explored how human-made pollution affects marine life, learning about animals such as sea turtles, dolphins, seabirds, and fish (but also about the ”lesser known” ones) that are impacted by plastic waste and other pollution. Through discussions and activities, the children discovered how everyday choices can help protect oceans and the incredible biodiversity they support.

We believe protecting the water life starts with understanding the challenges they face. Today's students are tomorrow's responsible adults. 🌍

⚽ Football is always fun, but it is also a great way to learn.
Together with the children from Pirita Children Association , the Year 5 volunteers spent some time on the football field. We were full of smiles, teamwork, and (some) friendly competition. Beyond scoring goals, the children practiced important values such as fair play, respect for others, communication, and supporting their teammates.
Sometimes, the most valuable lessons are learned while having fun.

Wanting to study abroad can feel challenging, especially when you don't know where to start.
Thankfully, Marek led an activity with students at Eminescu High School in our local community, showcasing real examples from young people who have already taken that first step.

Together, they explored how studying abroad works, the opportunities it offers, the challenges they might face, and the practical first steps needed to make it happen.
An inspiring and informative activity that helped students discover an exciting international pathway for their future. 📚✈️

Hamad and Ana facilitated a Europass CV workshop with young people at Zbor Hub Baia Mare Zbor Hub Baia Mare . During the session, participants explored what is a CV, why it matters, and how it can show their skills, experiences, and achievements.

After completing their own sample CVs, the participants took part in a ”fake” job interview, where they had the chance to put both their CVs and interview skills to the test in a realistic setting.

It was a valuable hands-on experience and an important first step toward developing the confidence and practical skills needed for adult life.

📍 Zilele trecute am fost la Colegiul Economic pentru o nouă sesiune Eurodesk dedicată oportunităților europene pentru tineri (dar și unor elemente de cultură generală).

Am discutat despre voluntariat, schimburi de tineri, DiscoverEU, internship-uri și alte experiențe internaționale, iar apoi ne-am testat cunoștințele printr-un Kahoot și jocul de cărți Eurodesk „Time to Move”.

Mulțumim elevilor și cadrelor didactice pentru implicare, energie și spiritul de echipă! Ne bucurăm să vedem tot mai mulți tineri interesați să descopere ce oportunități le oferă Europa. 🇪🇺✨

Last week, our volunteer from Jordan, Hamad, took us on a cultural journey right here at the T4UTH office!

To celebrate Jordan's Independence Day, he and other international collegues volunteering here, prepared an energetic event dedicated to sharing this rich heritage with the local community and the team. It was a day full of life, connection, and discovery! We cooked some incredible traditional Jordanian food, bringing authentic flavors and spices straight to the table. 🍲 Hamad taught us traditional steps, creating a beautiful moment of shared energy, laughter, and dancing. We got to learn about Jordan’s history, traditions, and daily life trough the eyes of locals. 🌍📖

Events like these remind us why the European Solidarity Corps is so special: it breaks barriers and brings the world a little closer together.

❗️OPORTUNTIATE DE VOLUNTARIAT PRIN CORPUL EUROPEAN DE SOLIDARITATE❗️

Ești gata pentru o experiență de neuitat în Franța? Organizația Hors Pistes și partenerii săi caută tineri motivați să se implice în comunități locale, să învețe o limbă străină și să își dezvolte abilități noi prin proiecte de voluntariat individual (long term).

📌 Informații bine de știut:
Cine poate aplica: Tineri cu vârsta între 18 și 30 de ani, cu naționalitate Română.
Locații: Proiectele au loc în diverse orașe franceze, precum Marseille, Manosque, Istres sau Briançon (Alpi).
Durată: Proiectele variază între 2 luni (vară), 9 luni (an școlar) sau 12 luni.

Ce se oferă ca parte din bugetul European Solidarity Corps: Cazare inclusă, transport dus-întors decontat (în limita unui buget), asigurare medicală (Henner) și o alocație lunară de subzistență (bani de buzunar și hrană) între 400 și 450 euro, în funcție de proiect.
