Romania needs a new type of leadership, one which is selfless and based on a commitment to moral values. Club for Young Leaders (CYL) aims to help young people develop leadership skills and achieve:
new knowledge and insights about themselves, their community and their country;
new skills through interaction, modelling and through action; and
new friends who will be a support structure for futur
e endeavours. Vision: A new leadership ethos defined by commitment to core moral standards and selfless service to the ordinary people of Romania
Mission: To awaken, develop and connect a network of new leaders who will be relentless in living moral standards and selfless service
Aim: - empower young people and equip them with leadership skills and abilities;
form a group of young people who are ready and able to take social initiatives and base their leadership actions on integrity and moral values;
create awareness regarding the need for integrity and values in Romanian society;
