🥳🎉🇳🇱 SIX Precious Little Souls, One Very Special Happy Bus! 🥳🎉🇳🇱
Six wonderful new beginnings, all wrapped up in one very precious Happy Bus, Netherlands bound! 🚌💨🇳🇱🏡🥰💕
For some of these little souls, life had become a daily struggle just to survive. Some were frightened, some were hungry, some were desperately seeking kindness, & one very special older lady had almost given up altogether. 🥺❤️🩹
But they were noticed & somebody cared. And then, through the kindness of so many wonderful people, everything began to change. 🥰🫶💕
And now, thanks to the incredible Annette de Vogel & her fabulous team at Stichting Pootjes Roemenië, together with their amazing network of fosters, adopters & supporters, these six beauties have been given the most precious opportunity to begin a whole new chapter. 🇳🇱🏡💕
Annette, we are always so grateful for everything you do. The time, effort, dedication, organisation, love & sheer determination that goes into finding these little souls their happy endings is extraordinary. You & your wonderful team give so much of yourselves, & we never, ever take that for granted. 🥹🫶🌹

Oh, Leona, if ever there was a little soul who deserved to know what it feels like to be home, loved & cherished, it's you. 🥹❤️🩹
Who could forget this beautiful little sweetheart. Our gorgeous Chow Chow girl was found curled up beside a road, where she'd reportedly remained for three whole days. Three days of lying there, seemingly without the strength or hope to carry on. 🥺
Her magnificent coat, which should have been her crowning glory, was terribly neglected, tightly matted & knotted. But perhaps the most heartbreaking discovery was what lay hidden beneath all that fur. Her bones were protruding. Our precious girl had been quietly starving, & nobody had realised just how desperately she needed help. 💔
Thankfully, our wonderful friend Cristea Elena & her family found her, recognised her suffering, & reached out to Laura & Bobo. And from that moment, Leona was no longer alone. 🥹🫶🌹

And now, Leona is going to live with the lovely Jolan van Spiik, who previously adopted our beautiful blind girl Teasel, giving her the most wonderful, loving home for the remainder of her days. 🥹💕
We are so incredibly grateful to Jolan for opening her heart once again to one of our special girls. 🥰🫶🌹

Oh, little Chip! Whatever were you doing in the middle of a busy roundabout? 🥺
This poor little boy was found surrounded by fast moving traffic, with cars passing him by, seemingly unnoticed. Such a terribly dangerous place for a frightened little dog, & one where things could have ended so differently. 💔
Thankfully, he was won over with some tasty treats. 🥰

Beautiful Billy suddenly began appearing in a village, seeking out human company, & eventually started following a friend of Sadies whenever she walked her own dogs.
Thankfully, this lovely lady recognised his need for help & contacted us.

Sometimes the most wonderful things happen when someone simply cannot bring themselves to walk away. 🥹💕
Whilst visiting Romania, the lovely Dorine De Winne came across a little dog living around her hotel in Comănești & she began feeding her. But with no room available at their own shelter, she faced the heartbreaking prospect of having to leave her behind.
So Dorine contacted Laura & Bobo, asking for help, & then personally made the hour-long journey to Bacău to bring her into our care. 🥰
And if that wasn't generous enough, Dorine also so lovingly named her Maya, sponsored her, & gifted the cost of her spay. How lovely is that. 🥹🫶💝🌹

Sweet little Lucy had been spotted wandering alone through the city on several occasions. Another vulnerable little soul, with all the dangers of busy streets to navigate, & seemingly nobody to keep her safe. 🥺
Thankfully, a kind-hearted person took her into safety whilst arrangements could be made, & before long she was welcomed into our care. 🥰💕

And then we have our beautiful Ciske, another little soul whose fortunes changed thanks to someone who cared enough to notice her. 🥰
Ciske was found on the streets by our wonderful friend Cristea Elena, who does so much to help the vulnerable dogs in her community.
When Laura saw her, she knew we could help find this lovely girl a home, & so Ciske came into the Sadies family. 🫶💕

None of these dogs could have made this journey alone. Every one of them needed somebody to notice, somebody to care, somebody to help, & somebody to believe that their life was worth changing. 🙏
