Dream Builders starts from a simple idea: we believe that everyone has potential extraordinar- to have a happy life and contribute to a better society. We believe we have collectively won more than if everyone were able to do in life what he knows best and him / her happy makes. For this reason, the fight for an education that every citizen is treated equally, helped him identify and overcome the
difficulties of understanding and has complete freedom to develop. In this regard, Dream Builders Association has proposed the following objectives:
(1) Support formal education, non-formal and informal children and youth in the acquisition of skills and personal development skills needed for future employment and active citizenship;
(2) Supporting the quality of vocational training;
(3) Supporting insertion Romanian citizens on the European labor market;
(4) Promoting human rights, cultural diversity, equal opportunities and non-discrimination;
(5) Promoting education for sustainable development. ? We want a society with people responsible, capable and fair. Dream Builders porneste de la o idee simpla: noi credem ca fiecare om,are un potential extraordinar- sa aiba o viata fericita si sa contribuie la o societate mai buna. Credem ca am avea,colectiv, mai mult de castigat decat daca fiecare ar avea posibilitatea sa faca in viata ceea ce stie cel mai bine si il/o face fericit/a. Din acest motiv, luptam pentru o educatie in care fiecare cetatean este tratat in mod egal, este ajutat sa isi identifice si sa depaseasca dificultatile de intelegere si are toata libertatea posibila sa se dezvolte. In acest sens, Asociatia Dream Builders si-a propus ca obiective :
(1) Sustinerea educatiei formale, nonformale si informale a copiilor si tinerilor in vederea dobandirii unor competente si abilitati necesare dezvoltarii personale pentru integrare profesionala si cetatenie activa;
(2) Sustinerea formarii profesionale de calitate;
(3) Sprijinirea insertiei cetatenilor romani pe piata europeana a muncii;
(4) Promovarea drepturilor omului, a diversitatii culturale, a egalitatii de sanse si a nediscriminarii;
(5) Promovarea educatiei in spiritul dezvoltarii durabile. Ne dorim o societate cu oameni responsabili, capabili si corecti.
