October started with an activity for Bridging Beats, we hosted a radio activity with our partner from the local library where we had mroe than 30 participants ! People engaged in debates using the radio kit to the fullest.

🚨 Organizația ta știe ce are de făcut încă din primele ore? Pe cine anunță, ce procedură urmează?

La STRATEGIC #9 stăm de vorbă cu cei care construiesc, chiar acum, instrumente de safeguarding pentru organizații de tineret din toată Europa: Adela Vlădoiu (Asociația Color Your Dream, coordonator proiect Safe Spaces) și Cristian Băbuțău (Asociația Eiva, responsabil formare Safe Spaces).

Ne vedem joi? Te așteptăm cu interes și întrebări să vorbim despre Safa Spaces, cele 7 module de formare online pregătite, dar și ce proceduri și șabloanele găsești deja pe site-ul proaspăt creat, instrumente numai bune pentru a le adapta la nevoile organizației tale!

🎙️ Today, Bridging Beats brought the radio studio into a high school!

15 students took part in an interactive session where they discovered how a radio show is created, explored different roles behind the microphone, prepared their own content and worked together to record a first show.

From ideas and interviews to teamwork and speaking on air, the activity gave participants a hands-on introduction to radio and media production.

A big thank you to all 15 participants for their energy, creativity and willingness to get behind the microphones! 🎧

We have just completed the first Vi-Act virtual exchange, bringing together young people from Mauritius, Seychelles, Bulgaria, Belgium, Romania and Madagascar.

The exchange was a great success, with participants actively engaging in discussions, activities and intercultural learning. We are especially happy to have received such positive feedback from the participants! 💬✨

This first exchange showed once again how digital spaces can create meaningful connections between young people from different countries and backgrounds.

We have finalised our national research for the Wateracy project, analysing data collected from households to better understand people’s knowledge of their water consumption and their relationship with this essential resource.

This research brings us one step closer to our goal: evaluating water literacy across the partner countries and understanding where more awareness and learning opportunities are needed.

The summer continues with Bridging Beats! 🎙️☀️

Across our four partner countries, more and more workshops are taking place, giving us the opportunity to test ideas, gather experiences, and learn from young people and youth workers.

Our goal? To collect as much practical information as possible to create a useful guide that will help youth workers organise and facilitate similar media and radio activities with young people.

Mehmet Taskiran, voluntar din Turcia al organizației noastre a trecut printr-o situație stresantă după ce și-a uitat telefonul într-un autoturism ride sharing. Situația a devenit stresantă pentru Mehmet, dar ca urmare a profesionalismului și promptitudinii agenților care au intervenit, situația s-a rezolvat rapid și cu succes.

Mehmet este în Arad în cadrul programului European Solidarity Corps, găzduit de Asociația EIVA Arad. Experiența lui în România a căpătat azi un exemplu de omenie și profesionalism.
