Țelul Semper Excelsius depăşeşte barierele mentalităţilor sociale convenţionale. Nu reprezentăm doar o altă asociaţie sau doar un alt ong care umple rândurile organizaţiilor non-guvernamentale cu scop cvasi-politico-economic şi obiective plane sau uzuale, ci suntem întocmai ceea ce oamenii au nevoie: un exemplu.
