I am a member of A.Ch.R. for about 40 years and canine judge since 1997, initially for German shepherds and working utility dogs. Later I made expansions for other breeds as well. I have owned and raised many breeds over the years, such as: German Shepherd, Rottweiler, Carpathian Romanian Shepherd, American Staffordshire Terrier, Standard short-haired dachshund, Fox terrier wire ,Pointer, Hungarian vizsla both types of hair, and Standard rauchhaar dachshund that I still breed to this day. I have always followed the motto that "through functionality we reach form".

Sunt arbitru de rasa doar din 2025 ,sunt la început de drum de asta am atasat un scurt rezumat cea ce privește activitatea chinologica,sunt si sper sa rămână cat mai mult timp un crescator activ.
Sunt proprietar de caini cu pedigree din anul 2008,din rasa Dogo Argentino si Cane Corso. In anul 2013 am dobandit primul exemplar din rasa Tosa. Din 2014 am decis sa continuam cu doua rase Dogo Argentino si Tosa,impreuna cu sotia. Din 2021 detinem si caini din rasa Xoloitzcuintli varianta standard.Unicii crescatori si primi proprietari de Xoloitzcuintli standard din Romania.Rezultate deosebite cu caini nascuti in canisa noastra:
Tosa: Campion Mondial 2018, Vice Campion European 2019
Multipli Campioni Internatonali Dogo Argentino: Campion Mondial 2024, Campion European 2025
Multipli Campioni Internationali,Campioni de Club

I am been a breed judge only since 2025, I am at the beginning of my journey, so I have attached a short summary regarding the cynological activity, I am and I hope to remain an active breeder for as long as possible.
I am the owner of dogs with a pedigree since 2008, from the Dogo Argentino and Cane Corso breeds. In 2013, I acquired the first Tosa. In 2014, we decided to continue with two breeds Dogo Argentino and Tosa , together with my wife. From 2021 we also have dogs from the standard Xoloitzcuintli breed. The only breeders and first owners of standard Xoloitzcuintli in Romania. Great results with dogs who born in our kennel:
Tosa: World Champion 2018, European Vice Champion 2019, Multiple International Champions
Dogo Argentino: World Champion 2024, European Champion 2025, Multiple International Champions, Club Champions

I was born in Russia and started my journey in the world of dog shows there as a handler. My first beagle came in 2010 and kennel name “Fanta’s Brand” was registered before her first litter. Since then FB beagles live in more than 30 countries, our dogs are World & European Winners, champions of many countries and BIS winners.
From 2017 I live in Serbia with my husband Dusan Paunovic and together with him we breed beagles and chihuahuas.
I was a successful professional handler until I got my judging license for FCI group VI in 2023.

I started my interest in dogs at an early age in a family where my parents are active breeders and cinological judges.
I had the opportunity to meet many breeds of dogs in my yard, which eventually became my passion. I decided 2022. year to go my own way, for the first time I had my dog a standard white poodle and I founded the poodle kennel 'Maxkat'. My standard poodle Jeasenak Out of Fabulous has achieved exceptional results in the last 3 years and is an international champion in junior and adult, junior and adult champion in over 20 countries and has won the BIS title 17 times in 8 different countries. She is also the most successful dog in Montenegro for the 2022. 2023 and 2024 year.

Vanja Mudresa (MONTENEGRO)

Since early childhood, Vanja Mudresa knew that dogs were her greatest love and life-long inspiration. Although she obtained formal education in the field of economics, her heart relentlessly led her toward cynology-a world in which she grew up, learned, and matured. She was born into afamily where cynology was a part of everyday life - her father is an international all-round dog show judge who used to breed German Shepherds, Great Danes, Yugoslavian Shepherd dogs, and Caucasian Shepherds. Today, he is a successful Rottweiler breeder and owner of the renowned kennel "Cetinjski rot," leaving a strong mark in cynological circles in the region and beyond. Thanks to this family heritage, breeding, selection, and proper evaluation of dogs became Vanja's everyday vocation and passion.

Immediately after completing her master's studies, she decided to pursue a professional career in cynology. She first obtained her judge's license for FCI Group IX_, and then continued her professional development, expanding her competencies to Groups V, X, I, and VIII. With each new group, her expertise grew, as did her understanding of different dog breeds and their specific traits.

During her judging career, she has had the opportunity to officiate at numerous national and international dog shows in countries. such as Montenegro, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, North Macedonia and Italy. Her approach to every judging assignment is characterized by dedication, responsibility, and a genuine passion for cynology. She pays special attention to the detailed evaluation of exterior, temperament, and the expression of each breed's characteristics, upholding the standards and ethics of the profession.

Vanja's personal cyriological journey began with theFrench Bulldog-the breed that introduced her to the world of breeding and dog evaluation. Today, her greatest loves are Boston Terriers and Dobermans, dogs that wonherover with their temperament, elegance, and strength of character. Through working with these breeds, Vanja continues to develop her own breeding sensibility and knowledge.

For her contributions to cynolo.gy, Vanja Mudresa has been awarded the highest recognition by the Kennel Club of Montenegro - the Gold Badge for special merits. This award affirms her dedication, professionalism, and the impact she has on the cynological community.

ALIN DUMITRESCU (ROMANIA)

I stepped in the dog’s world with my grandfather who was very passionate in all pure breeds animals and went with me at first dogshow in 1985. I’ve owned my first pure breed dog in 1987, was one amazing Dalmatinac girl! I became member of Romanian Kennel Club in 1991 when I was only 13 years old and my first dog show as exhibitor was in 1992. In 1996 I was elected in the Board Council of my local kennel club and in 2001 I became Vice-president of Oltenia Kennel Club. In 2002 I founded the Romanian Bull Type Terriers National Club where I was also Vice-president more than 10 years. I became a national judge in 2005 and since 2023 I am FCI all-rounder judge. In 1996 the DUMILAND affixe was born and under the years we successfully breed Bull Terriers, American Akitas and Basenjis. Sincer 2021 I am the President of South-West Kennel Club and we organize every year one amazing dog fest under the name of SOUTH-WEST DOG CHALLENGE.
I always live with dogs and they are part of me and my soul !

Dusan Paunovic (SERBIA)
All my life was conected with animals and specially dogs, my first chihuahua came in 1990 from world famous Italian kennel, I was 12 years old and with him I started with dog show life.
Kennel name Microschihuas was established in 1997 and from that time I've bred and owned over 30 World and European titles, many international and national champions all over the world.
I became a judge in 1998 for the FCI group 9, now
I am an all breed judge and have judged shows in about 70 countries on all continents including prestigious World Dog Shows, European Dog
Shows and Royal Show in Australia. From 2005 I'm president of Toy Club in Serbia, which organised many high level specialties for dogs from FCI group 9.

DENIS KUZELJ (SLOVENIA)
Denis Kuzelj entered into Canine Cynology in 1980, 42 years ago. His career started with exhibiting and breeding Old English Sheepdogs under prefix Apsala and his B.I.S. dogs won many National and International title in FCI shows.
Since 1989 he was organizer and Chairman of more than 100 International and National all breed shows in Slovenia and different European countries. He earned the reputation of the remarkable progress of dog shows in Slovenia and also the fact that Slovenia has been for the first time organizer of European FCI DOG SHOW in 2010.
For its work he has been awarded by Slovenian, Hungarian, Slovakian, Ukrainian and Bulgarian Kennel Clubs. For many years Denis has been treasure of Slovenian Kennel Club, member of board and President of Slovenian Kennel Club from 2004 to 2008. From 2009 till 2019 he was an active FCI all breed judge of Bulgarian Kennel Club – BFRK and organizer of many shows in different European countries. At 2012 he was an official FCI supervisor and delegate at European Dog Show in Leuweerden in Nederland, and European Dog Show in Bucharest in Romania 2013. Since 2020, when he returned to the Slovenian Kennel Club, he has been actively working on the revival of the Alpe Adria Winner International Dog Show, planned as an Circuit show on 2021 and 2022 on the Slovenian Adriatic coast near Italian border.
Mr. Kuzelj Denis is an active international FCI judge since 1995 and has been invited and judged in nearly all FCI countries, Northern and South America, Australia, Africa and Asia, as well as taking part in several FCI Section Shows ( Europe, South America, Asia) and World Dog shows. He is qualified to judge all breeds but during his career he judged many speciality shows in Collies, Bearded Collies, Old English Sheepdogs, Schnauzers, different Toy breeds and Poodles, as well as Nordic breeds, Retrievers and Spaniels. Today Denis is active as an International all breed judge and Chairman of the ISTRA Slovenian Summer dog Show.

Jean Francois Vanaken (Belgium)
Before the Poodles and Yorkshire Terriers arrived, Jean-Francois Vanaken had, since childhood, enjoyed being surrounded by his loving dogs: Belgian Shepherds and Dachshunds.
He started seriously breeding and showing Poodles in 1975. Later, the Yorkshire Terriers and Maltese joined the doggie family.
Under the prefix “Des Supers Supers”, Jean-Francois registered and bred many high-quality dogs who later earned European, National, International, and World Champion titles, as well as winning groups and several prestigious Best in Shows.
His judging career started in 2007, and since then he has been judging very frequently in many countries. He has had the privilege of judging European and World Dog Shows every year over the last few years.
As an active member of many clubs, Jean-Francois is also part of the Belgian Kennel Club’s board.
Jean-Francois Vanaken’s passion and devotion to the dog world keeps him very busy… and he explains it all with his own statement: “I enjoy judging dogs, dogs love me, and I LOVE THEM.”

Ozan Belkis (TURKIYE)

Belkis has been involved in dogs since his childhood. Born in 1968 in Izmir, Turkey, he has had several different breeds including an Airdale, a Basset Hound, and a Great Dane. His passion for Black Russian Terriers has opened a new dimension in his life and inspired him to get more involved in dog shows. He was the first Turkish exhibitor showing his dogs at international level at World or European Dog shows. Those experiences eventually led him to breed Black Russian Terriers, Miniature Schnauzers, and Cane Corsos.

He was one of the proud founders of Turkish Kennel Club (KIF) and since the early days of the organization, he has been instrumental in organizing all breed conformation shows all around the country, breed events and establishing training and educational programs for judges. He has been an FCI international judge since 2009. He has judged all around the world in five continents at many prestigious events including the World and European Dog Shows. He also judged at many breed specialties around the world.

He is the president of the Turkish Kennel Club and serves as the chairman of the organization’s Judges & Shows committee. He is a board member of a number breed clubs.
