نرحّب بانضمام **Alice Mogoba** إلى مجتمع Doha Chapter of ICF 🌟

أليس كوتش تنفيذي متعدد الأبعاد، وتتمتع بخبرة تزيد على 20 عامًا في التدقيق الداخلي والحوكمة وإدارة المخاطر وضمان الجودة، اكتسبتها من عملها في قطاعات مختلفة عبر أفريقيا والشرق الأوسط وأوروبا.

تُكمل أليس حاليًا تعليمها في الكوتشينج ضمن برنامج ICF Level 2، وتعمل على بناء ممارسة تدعم المهنيين في المناصب المتوسطة والعليا ليجدوا وضوحًا أكبر، ويتعاملوا مع التغيير، ويعززوا حضورهم القيادي. وهي أيضًا مؤسسة **Multidimensional Woman Leader Book Reflection Circle** في الدوحة؛ مساحة تجمع النساء للتأمل والحوار حول القيادة والرفاه والنمو الشخصي.

We’re pleased to welcome **Alice Mogoba** to the Doha Chapter of ICF community 🌟

Alice is an Executive Multidimensional Coach with more than 20 years of experience in internal audit, governance, risk and quality assurance. Her career has taken her across industries in Africa, the Middle East and Europe.

She is currently completing her ICF Level 2 coaching education and building a practice that supports mid- to senior-level professionals as they gain clarity, navigate change and strengthen their leadership presence. Alice also founded the **Multidimensional Woman Leader Book Reflection Circle** in Doha, bringing women together for thoughtful conversations about leadership, wellbeing and personal growth.

طوال فترة عضويتها في مجلس الإدارة، جسّدت الدكتورة نيلام الالتزام والاحترافية وروح العمل الجماعي، وكان لإسهاماتها دور ملموس في دعم أعمال مجلس الإدارة، وتعزيز حضور الفرع، والمساهمة في نجاح فعالياته وتحقيق رسالته وأهدافه. ونثمّن بكل فخر وامتنان الوقت والجهد والقيمة التي قدمتها لمجتمعنا المهني.
