Freestyle Aquatics at Aspire Freestyle Aquatics provides swimming, snorkeling & scuba diving to people with disabilities Can develop/or improve self-esteem & self-confidence. Reduce stress.

Freestyle Aquatics is an adaptive aquatics program where the possibilities are endless. Some benefits of diving -

Improve Mental Health:
Can provide a sense of accomplishment. Provide a true sense of satisfaction when they demonstrate ability and educate others about what they CAN do. Improve Physical Health:
Excellent form of aerobic exercise which increases cardiovascular endurance while reducing stress on joints. Improved flexibility, balance and agility. Relief of pain and muscle spasm. Improve Social Health:
Can help participants overcome stereotypes and integrate them into their peer groups as equals. Offers a lifetime of challenge, education and normal socializing. Can include family and friends on an equal basis.

Its been a tough 2 weeks and happy to share some good news!
We are now back in the pool and have resumed regular program operations. We currently have a few spots available in our 7:30 pm session if you would like to join us. Our swimming program is open to anyone age 4 and up with a disability.

Due to current regional events, Freestyle Aquatics programs are suspended until further notice.

The safety and wellbeing of our community remains our priority. We wish peace and safety for everyone during this time.

We couldn’t be more proud of our Freestyle Aquatics swimmers. 🏊‍♂️

They’ve stepped into the arena, experienced the energy of real competitions, faced the nerves at the starting block, and finished strong with confidence and determination. Watching them compete, support one another, and give their best in every race reminds us why we do what we do.

These competitions are more than just races they are moments of growth, courage, and achievement. And our swimmers have truly risen to the occasion.
