Palakkadan Nattarangu Qatar mourns the sudden and unexpected demise of our beloved at Hamad Hospital, Doha.

He was a prominent figure in the Socio-Cultural diaspora of the Qatar Expat Community and loved and respected by all. He was also a well known writer and poet. His albums are well loved and revered. This loss has left a deep void in the minds of everyone who him. We, at PNQ knew him as Muraliyattan who was very approachable and always willing to help anybody in need. It's with great despair, that we send him to the heavenly abode. His soul will surely find the right path.

Palakkadan Nattarangu Qatar made it's presence felt at Kalanjali 2025 with a strong contingent of members. We displayed vigor and enthusiasm galore! Arriving in traditional Kerala attire, with friends and family we stood in strong support with the organizers and patrons promoting arts and talent at its best. Kalanjali 2025 brought together all the Indian schools in Qatar to showcase talented youth and pave a way for expression of creativity and artistic brilliance.

We Palakkadans cannot finish anything without the war cry Aarpo. Onam for us ended with the ever traditional Aarpo vili which echoed throughout the hall when everyone present at the venue scrambled on stage for the final heave!
