Mada is an NPO, the world’s Center of Excellence in digital access in Arabic

Based on a vision of a world with Information and Communication Technology for all (ICT for All), Mada will provide Assistive Technology Solutions for people with disabilities. In addition to providing impartial expert advice, Mada will play a leadership role in Assistive Technology Solutions, providing up-to-date information on the latest technology and thinking, as well as offering training for professionals, parents and people with disabilities.

مركز التكنولوجيا المساعدة قطر "مدى" منظمة غير ربحية تلتزم ربط ذوي الإعاقة بتكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات كوسيلة لتعزيز إمكانياتهم وإثراء قدراتهم. يمكن للزائرون من استخدام نطاق واسع من حلول التكنولوجيا المساعدة التي تعمل على ربطهم بعالم الاتصالات وتكنولوجيا المعلومات. وإضافة إلى استخدام هذه الحلول، سيتمكن الزائرون من الحصول على تقييم لحالاتهم والمشورة فيما يختص بأفضل الحلول الممكنة لهم. هذا وسيعمل المركز على تقديم جلسات تدريب للمستخدمين ويأتي ذلك من ضمن نشاطات المركز.

تجمع منصة «تقدير» في مكان واحد المعلومات حول الخدمات والبرامج والمبادرات والمزايا المتاحة لكبار القدر في دولة قطر، بما يسهّل الوصول إليها والتعرّف على الجهات المقدمة لها.
خطوة جديدة نحو تعزيز استقلالية كبار القدر ومشاركتهم، وتيسير وصولهم إلى ما يحتاجونه من معلومات وخدمات بسهولة وثقة.

دشّن مركز مدى للتكنولوجيا المساعدة منصة «تقدير» لكبار القدر.
 
وتأتي المنصة بهدف تسهيل وصول كبار القدر وأسرهم ومقدمي الرعاية إلى المعلومات والخدمات ذات الصلة، بما يعزز استقلاليتهم ومشاركتهم الفاعلة، ويسهم في تحسين جودة حياتهم.

Under the patronage of H.E. Mrs. Buthaina bint Ali Al Jabr Al Nuaimi, Minister of Social Development and Family,
Mada Assistive Technology Center launched the “Taqdeer” Platform for Older Persons.
The platform aims to facilitate access to relevant information and services for older persons, their families, and caregivers, enhancing their independence and active participation and contributing to improving their quality of life.

في إطار تعزيز التعاون المؤسسي وتكامل الجهود لدعم الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة، تجمع الشراكة بين مركز مدى ومركز رعاية الأيتام (دريمة) رؤية مشتركة تهدف إلى تعزيز الشمولية، ودعم الاستقلالية، وتحسين جودة الحياة، بما يضمن عدالة الوصول والمشاركة للجميع
وتأتي هذه الشراكة للاستفادة من خبرات مركز مدى في مجال النفاذ الرقمي والتكنولوجيا المساعدة، والعمل على توفير بيئة وخدمات أكثر شمولاً وقابلية للنفاذ لمستفيدي مركز دريمة من الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة
وتشمل مجالات التعاون تعزيز النفاذ الرقمي بما يتيح تجربة شاملة وقابلة للنفاذ، إلى جانب توفير حلول التكنولوجيا المساعدة التي تسهم في تمكين الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة وتعزيز استقلاليتهم ومشاركتهم في المجتمع، بما في ذلك تزويد مركز دريمة بالغرفة الحسية، وتمكين منتسبيه من الاستفادة من حلول وأدوات التكنولوجيا المساعدة
وتجسد هذه الشراكة أهمية تكامل الخبرات والجهود بين المؤسسات الوطنية لتحقيق أثر مستدام، والمساهمة في بناء مجتمع أكثر شمولاً يتيح للجميع فرص الوصول والمشاركة دون حواجز.

As part of efforts to strengthen institutional collaboration and integrate efforts to support persons with disabilities, the partnership between Mada Center and Dreama Orphan Care Center brings together a shared vision aimed at promoting inclusion, supporting independence, and improving quality of life while ensuring equitable access and participation for all.
This partnership leverages Mada Center’s expertise in digital accessibility and assistive technology to support the development of more inclusive and accessible environments and services for Dreama beneficiaries with disabilities.
Areas of collaboration include enhancing digital accessibility to provide an inclusive and accessible experience, as well as providing assistive technology solutions that empower persons with disabilities and enhance their independence and participation in society. This includes equipping Dreama Center with a sensory room and enabling its beneficiaries to benefit from assistive technology solutions and tools.
This partnership reflects the importance of integrating expertise and efforts among national institutions to achieve sustainable impact and contribute to building a more inclusive society where everyone can access and participate without barriers.

دشّن مركز مدى منصة الفريق الاستشاري للأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة وذويهم، لتكون مساحة رقمية قابلة للنفاذ تعزز المشاركة والتشاور، وتتيح الاستفادة من آراء وخبرات وتجارب أصحاب الشأن في تطوير السياسات والخدمات والمبادرات ذات الصلة بهم.

خطوة نحو شراكة فاعلة وحلول أكثر شمولًا، انطلاقًا من مبدأ أن المشاركة الحقيقية تبدأ بالاستماع إلى أصحاب الشأن.

Mada Assistive Technology Center has launched the Advisory Team Platform for Persons with Disabilities and Their Families, an accessible digital space designed to enhance participation and consultation and enable lived experiences, perspectives, and expertise to contribute to the development of relevant policies, services, and initiatives.

A step towards meaningful partnership and more inclusive solutions, based on the principle that meaningful participation begins by listening to those directly concerned.
