🔴 A new paper by Sansom Milton entitled "Embedded Cooperation: Qatar and the Practice of Non-Western Peacemaking", looks beyond the usual case studies to examine Qatar’s active global mediation through the lens of inclusion, transactionalism, and cooperation.
