🔹 Event Highlights | CPD-04/2026 – IIQS Qatar 🔹

IIQS Qatar successfully conducted CPD #04/2026 on the topic:

📌 “Force Majeure in Times of War: Legal and Practical Implications under Qatari Law”

The session provided valuable insights into the legal and practical implications of force majeure under Qatari law, covering contractual risks, dispute resolution, and the impact of geopolitical events on construction and commercial contracts.

🔹 Event Highlights | CPD-02/2026 – IIQS Qatar 🔹

The Indian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (IIQS) – Qatar, in collaboration with RICS, successfully hosted CPD-02/2026 at IBIS Doha on Sunday, 15 February 2026.

The session on “How Qatar’s FM & O&M Growth Is Reshaping QS and Contracts Job Roles” by Adrian Tan, MRICS, delivered valuable industry insights and practical perspectives for Quantity Surveyors and contracts professionals.

The programme was smoothly anchored by Mr. Venkkat N. Reddy (General Secretary) as Emcee, with the introduction delivered on behalf of IIQS by Mr. Kiran Kumar Podakanti (Advisory Committee Member). The momento was presented by Adv. Avinash Gaikwad (Head of Advisory Committee), and the vote of thanks was delivered by Mr. Fanish Pookkayil (Public Relations Manager).

Special appreciation to Rekha Mandadi (Joint Secretary) for managing the registration desk and Dilip Shenoy (CPD Committee Manager) for coordinating the hall booking and arrangements.
