✨ Solace Quest 2026 ✨
A beautiful evening of knowledge, connection, learning, and community spirit ❤️

On May 2nd, Doha witnessed a truly memorable event as Solace Qatar successfully organised “Solace Quest 2026 – Global Family Quiz Competition,” bringing together families from across the Middle East and India in a vibrant online gathering from 6:30 pm to 9:00 pm.

The event beautifully reflected teamwork, learning, and family bonding, making it much more than just a quiz competition.

The programme began with a warm welcome by Shabna Manoj, followed by an inspiring introduction to Solace by Dr. E. Divakaran, highlighting the vision and purpose behind this meaningful initiative.

A deeply insightful session titled “Resilience Starts at Home” was presented by Dr. Rani Susan Abraham, who encouraged participants to reflect on emotional well-being, inner strength, and the importance of managing everyday stress within families. 🌸

The energy of the evening continued to rise with the exciting quiz rounds expertly hosted by Quiz Master Mr. Manzoor Moideen. The well-curated questions kept participants fully engaged, showcasing knowledge, quick thinking, and strong team spirit across all rounds. 👏

All participants received certificates, while winners were honoured with prizes in recognition of their enthusiasm, talent, and sporting spirit. ❤️

The event was compered by Aparna Ranish, adding warmth and energy to the proceedings and ensuring a smooth flow throughout the evening and concluded with a heartfelt vote of thanks by Bindu Karun.

More than a competition, Solace Quest 2026 was an initiative to raise awareness about Solace and its mission to support and empower children through community involvement.

In connection with Qatar National Sports Day, Solace Qatar hosted a refreshing wellness morning on 13 Feb at Royal Gardens, Doha.

The day began with “Flow to Flourish,” led by Dr. Firoshiya, where members enjoyed gentle, mindful yoga movements that helped everyone stretch, breathe, and ease into the morning with calm and clarity.

This was followed by a lively and energetic session, “Move to Heal,” led by Bhavna. With simple dance movements and uplifting music, the group moved with joy, stepped out of comfort zones, and embraced the energy together.

The event aimed to connect Solace members and spread awareness about our activities — and it was heartwarming to see such a good turnout, especially on a Friday morning. Many made the extra effort to join, move, and try something new.

By the end, everyone felt refreshed, rejuvenated, and happy to have shared the experience. Many expressed interest in knowing more about Solace and being part of its activities.

It was truly a worthwhile Friday — filled with movement, connection, and happy hearts.
