Trabalhamos pelo combate ao abandono e pela promoção do bem estar de cães e gatos essencialmente através de campanhas de esterilização.

ARPA was born of the need for a strong social work, based on scientific evidence and the experience of the best associations that promote animal welfare worldwide. It is the realization of a desire - and need - to help less fortunate animals in a rational, efficient and sustainable way. On the last +10 years we achieved nearly 15,000 sterilizations, dozens of trained veterinarians, several workshops on TNR and dog training, classes of canine education, educational projects and international seminars that counted with Dr Jeffrey Young and International Veterinary Consultants team - global references in surgery and S&N campaigns worldwide. In partnerships with municipalities we also carried out many TNR campaigns through out the country on the past years and collaborate with charities from all over Portugal. We had projects supported by Dogs Trust and Susy Utzinger Foundation,. But the work never ends and we need all the financial help to continue and transform lives in our part of the world. If you want to make a donation go to our website www.arpa-associacao.pt and find our PayPal link and bank details. Thank you and we believe we can change the reality of dogs and cats in Portugal!!!
