Forgotten Folktales Living in Madeira they all believe to be a bigger asset together.

That they can develop cultural awareness regarding living in a geographical challenging location and are capable of creating new projects for the community. Forgotten Folktales is a team of passionate youngsters who is dedicated to preserving and promoting Madeira's rich culture and traditions. Our goal is to motivate youth participation in traditional activities and foster cultural learning and e

xchange across Europe. By capturing images of Madeira's folktales, customs, and heritage, we aim to inspire appreciation for these treasured yet fading pieces of history. Our work showcase the island's diverse traditions, bring its vibrant culture to life, and connect young people across borders through our shared human experience. More than a camera club, Forgotten Folktales is the beggining of a youth movement celebrating cultural diversity while ensuring the timeless traditions of not only Madeira but European to remain unforgotten by future generations.
