Michaël began diving into the workings of the mind and body at the age of 14 and is now dedicated to serving hum

anity in helping people to become more awake, healthy and truly self-aware beings. His approach to yoga is to encourage individual self-study and self-practice with the aim of improving one's self-discipline, insight and wisdom that comes from within. Michaël is a certified 800hr YA teacher with a yoga therapy certification from the Paramanand Institute of Yoga Science & Research in Indore, India. He currently lives in Portugal where he teaches Life Awareness techniques in yoga and meditation retreats.

Learn to regulate your own nervous system, mind, and emotional body, what you might call your energy system.

Become a scientist of your inner world. Observe without judgment. Notice your patterns, triggers, reactions, and rhythms. The more awareness you bring, the more you begin to understand how your system truly works.
